Scam, I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

This is the biggest scam ever. I used my free coins and hit $80. I went to cash out and it said I had to make a deposit and be a vip to withdrawal. I made a deposit of $10.00 and then it said I have to complete 3 tasks to withdraw. 1. Collect daily bonus once 2. Spin $100 3 deposit a total of $40 and you can only withdraw $40 at a time that you are charged a fee from that. And each withdrawal you have to complete those tasks to withdraw exactly what you were made to deposit. And the kicker is you can’t even use your winnings to play with. This is a scam and they are thieves. Do not make a deposit thinking you are going to be able to withdraw.

I played with free spins. Met all the requirements, and tried to cash out. They cancelled my request, stating I had multiple accounts. That was literally the first time I played in that site. I did not have multiple accounts and they would not honor my winnings. The whole experience was horrible.

Ich habe am 30.09.2023 200€ in Kryptowährungen bei dem Casino eingezahlt und habe einen Willkommensbonus verwendet.

Unter Beachtung aller Regeln in den (Bonus)AGB habe ich den geforderten Umsatz geschafft und hatte zu diesem Zeitpunkt 3.300 € auf meinem Casino Konto zu haben.
Die Auszahlungen auf dieser Seite funktionieren nicht wie in anderen Casinos, Sie können nur an den Support schreiben und warten. 72 Stunden nach meiner Auszahlungsanfrage wurde mein Konto ohne Angabe von Gründen geschlossen.

In den (Bonus)AGB steht nichts von verbotenen Spielen oder maximalen Einsatz. Bezüglich der verbotenen Spiele hatte ich beim "Support" (nur per Mail, LiveChat nicht vorhanden) nachgefragt, aber keine Antwort erhalten.

Ich habe das Casino per Mail aufgefordert, mir eine Begründung für die Sperrung zu nennen. Auf meine diversen Mails habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Erst als ich Beschwerde bei einer Casino Affiliate Seite eröffnet habe und der Mitarbeiter der Seite das Casino aufgefordert hatte, Beweise vorzulegen, kam folgende Antwort:

Finally, in our judgement game play was potentially fraudulent, although we cannot go into details on a public forum. As it was a borderline case, we decided that a refund was a fair resolution - as previously stated, we did not retain player funds."

Daraufhin hat der Mitarbeiter der Affiliate Seite das Casino gebeten, diese "geheimen" Beweise per Mail zu senden. Das wurde ebenfalls abgelenht.

Das Casino kassiert meinen Gewinn ohne Beweise ein und hält es auch noch für fair, mir nur meine Einzahlung zu zahlen. Beweise für mein Fehlverhalten sind geheim und werden nicht mitgeteilt.

Ich warne ausdrücklich alle Spieler, hier Geld einzuzahlen.
