From start to finish Sliderobes and their staff were a pleasure to deal with, offering good advice on different design options for the new fitted wardrobe in a bedroom and taking their time to explain the merits of one option over another. It was great to see the product virtually on the laptop before confirming the order. The communication with various member of the team was very good and clear and the fitting was hassle free. We are very pleased with the finished product. This is our second time getting fitted wardrobes - the last one we ordered more than 10 years ago, so still the same great service. There is now no excuse for not having a tidy bedroom!

I recently had furniture fitted by Sliderobes, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final fit, the process was smooth and professional. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the attention to detail really stood out. The after-sales service has been equally impressive, and I received my Warranty promptly. I highly recommend Sliderobes for anyone looking for high-quality, stylish furniture and great customer service!

We went with Sliderobes because they were a lot cheaper than other companies and the designer, Adrian, was so much friendlier and more understanding than the designers from other companies. He wasn't pushy at all and listended to our ideas. The finished product is great, it looks exactly like it did in the design and it is very well put together. The fitter, Andrej, was lovely and carried on working into early evening to complete the job in one day.

Took one star off because we waited 6 weeks after paying the deposit without hearing about a fitting date, we chased Sliderobes and they said somebody should have already contacted us to arrange the fitting date but for some reason they hadn't. We then had to wait another couple of weeks for the fitting.

Thanks to Sliderobes I have converted the second bedroom in my new apartment to a lovely home office. This enables me follow a range of interests and ensure that I make effective and efficient use of space.
Throughout this project I have been impressed by the service I received. Initially I discussed ideas with the designer. After agreeing on the overall design an installation date was agreed. The installation team made a great job and everything fitted perfectly. I am delighted with my new office. All the staff were efficient helpful and friendly.

I cannot recommend Yorkshire enough. We had an unusual request which was to create a walk in wardrobe in our hallway next to a small wash closet. From the moment of enquiry to completion the whole experience was effortless. Alex spent time with me to understand my vision and brought it to life. Like others we sought out a number of companies but nobody ‘got it’ like Alex did. The pictures do not do it justice. A big shout out to John who fitted the wardrobe space. Thank you so much ☺️

Had a wardrobe installation 30th July 2024
Not yet completed despite several calls, voicemails and promise to send a fitter out. Eventually, after demanding they come out to finish the work, a date and time was arranged. Should have been here yesterday. Didn't turn up and no word of apology. Annoyed with time wasting and lost faith in the company. I feel that I have been very patient these eight weeks

Creating a new separate bedroom and office out of what was one room.
That was the challenge the agent was asked to advise on. His layout measurements were spot on and the subsequent resolution that separated the two sides with a wall of wardrobes with 4 beautiful sliding doors. On the other side was an office with one bookcase and the remainder, a satisfying wood- panelled wall. It was all fitted within 2 days by a contracted fitter who made the final adjustments perfectly.
An excellent solution for our now two rooms with which we are entirely pleased in both style and finish.

We happily recommend Sliderobes for the creation of a very adequate and pleasing, attractive piece of furniture that meets our need in both rooms.

I highly recommend using Sliderobes. We recently had a fitted wardrobe installed in our daughter’s room.
At our initial design consultation, Pól included our daughter from the outset. He listened to her ideas, didn’t rush and helped guide us to our decision and best price so it was within our budget. He also suggested adding bookcases/shelving to either side of the wardrobe doors, which we hadn’t thought of and this has been an excellent addition. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process with the fitter arriving on time on the expected date. He was very neat and considerate in his work with the installation. My 11 year old daughter is delighted with her new walk in wardrobe and bookcases. Thanks again.

I placed an order with Sliderobes at the end of July 2024 and was immediately pressured to confirm the booking by signing a contract and paying a deposit. Despite expressing hesitation about the color choice, I was encouraged to proceed.

When inquiring about door styles and handle options, I was informed that they only offered one style and suggested purchasing handles separately for cost-effectiveness. However, after receiving a brochure, it became apparent that this was not the case, and other options were available.

I requested color samples from the representative but received no response. After two weeks of follow-up, I contacted Sliderobes directly and requested the samples. They claimed they had been sent but never arrived. This process had to be repeated several times before I finally received the samples in August.

It turned out that the representative I was dealing with had left the company, which caused significant delays. Pol, who has been helpful, eventually contacted me.

The installation date was finally scheduled for late October, which is nearly two weeks beyond the promised 12-week lead time.

While the staff has been polite, the overall service has been extremely lacking. The delays and poor communication have left me with a negative impression and disappointment regarding the installation date. This has caused disruptions and additional costs for other services that were planned based on the original 12-week timeline.

If I were starting this process again, I would avoid Sliderobes.

Everyone was very skilled and knowledgeable. Advice was given at the planning stage which I hadn’t considered. Made a huge difference to my room.
I was kept informed and updated on payment dates and fitting dates.
Installation was completed cleanly with consideration for my home and were friendly and respectful.
I am so pleased with the transformation, the additional storage has delivered meeting all my expectations and more.

I ordered a fitted wardrobe from Sliderobes in April, and the salesperson was helpful. The old fitted wardrobe was removed, and the new one was installed on the 3rd of July; however, four pieces of the new wardrobe were damaged:
Top track damage
Right batten damage where the track has been scraped
Left-hand back damage at the bottom left corner
Left upper side not sitting tight on top of the top-shelf

Also, they damaged the wooden floor during installation. I emailed them right after this, and the customer services team told us that the new pieces would be manufactured. However, they ignored my complaint about the damaged flooring. We agreed on a new fitting date in mid-August, which I had to cancel due to business reasons. They told me they would call me to schedule a new fitting date. After waiting for their call for almost two weeks, I emailed them again on the 3rd of September, reminding the problems. They only got back to me on the 9th of September saying they would give me a call to schedule a new fitting date. I still don't have the fitting date scheduled.
I had the worst customer experience ever in my life! Don't work with this company

We are delighted with the Sliderobes in our daughter’s room ! She is a teenager now and needed a modern room with lots of storage .Rebecca was our advisor and we really appreciated her attention to detail and ideas for the new wardrobes. She was very knowledgeable and was always happy to answer any questions.
We placed our order in June 2024 with a deposit . The installation team installed new Sliderobes on 22nd August - we were on holiday and had requested it finished as quick as possible so our daughter could return to her new bedroom as carpet and new bed also ordered .
The team were efficient , friendly and everything was done over a full day and few hours the following morning. Everything was tidied up and family reported the team worked exceptionably hard .

This is our third wardrobe with Sliderobes and the first two from 2013 are still going strong and looking beautiful. We have always worked with Jonathan Link as designer and pleased with the process, communication and the outcome. We thought the product designs were improved over the years with better finishes and add-ons. Do ask designers many questions as they are very knowledgeable but you still know better what you wish to see in those awkward corners.

We wish the installers this time were more careful with the floors, so do protect your floors before the installation date and dont count too much on the installers’ protection especially if your floors are new, it’s not the same thick layer the builders would use.

We had to invoke the 10 year warranty pretty much immediately after installation as noted some factory defects on the back side of the glossy white doors. It took about two months to sort out and replace the doors, but we weren't fussed about the wait as being kept updated.

It feels like the aftersales are stretched, perhaps, but helpful, polite and lovely. We do like the designs and quality of craftsmanship a lot and wouldn't hesitate to return again. The wardrobes aren't cheap, but will last you long and you do have some financing options too which is quite handy.

Really wish I read the reviews. Had our wardrobes installed in October, countless issues since. Sliderobes was only helpful when we hadn’t made the final payment.

Most issues we just let go (we’ve had wonky drawers since October), and we’ve learnt how to be very sensitive with the doors (how are these installed in children’s rooms?!) but it’s all quite ridiculous considering you’re paying close to £10k for a wardrobe.

Our last issue we couldn’t even speak to anyone. And we couldn’t access 1/4 of our clothes! We have the same issue now a few months later so I’m posting this as 1. another line of communication 2. as a warning to others considering using this company

We have had mirror sliding doors fit today from Sliderobes. We are delighted with them. Lovely finish and high class workmanship. The joiner arrived on time, never stopped working. Very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend.

The robes were fitted ahead of target. The install team of Stuart and Ryan were v quick and efficient. A pleasure to have about our home.

Fitter arrived on time to install our wardrobes but failed to tell us that 3 doors are missing.When asked about the doors he said that they hadn't been made, OK bit of a cock up no problem, but unfortnatly no body from the Maidstone branch has contacted us which was some 3 weeks ago,even after leaving messages.

Absolutely love how much space this Slidedrobes fitted wardrobe has given us.
The designer (Kevin) who came to measure up and advise us was fantastic, very knowledgeable and full of ideas including how best to move and incorporate the light switch.
He answered all our questions that came up in the following week or two, can’t speak highly enough of him.
The guy who came to fit the wardrobe very polite and tidy and the finished product is more than we had hoped.
