Faites très attention lorsque vous achetez une ceinture slendertone, car celle ci peut ne pas fonctionner correctement.
J'ai acheté une ceinture slendertone le 16 juin 2024, celle ci m'a coûté 245e (avec app), ma ceinture fonctionnait bien au début puis aléatoirement au bout de quelques mois, je ne l'utilisait pas régulièrement mais de temps en temps.
Ensuite la boite que l'on fixe à la ceinture à commencé à s'éteindre toute seule.
J'ai alors contacté le service client par mail.
J'apprends alors que la ceinture n'est plus produite par Slendertone, alors que des vendeurs tiers l'ont en stock au passage... .
J'ai demandé si c'était possible de leur renvoyer afin qu'ils l'a repare,
On me répond que non, ils ne réparent pas et ne font pas d'échange de ceinture.
Il me propose une ceinture la gamme en dessous que celle que j'avais.
Dépité je dis ok et on me demande de détruire (découpé) la ceinture et de leur envoyer les photos par mail, ce que j'ai fais, quand j'en ai eu le temps.
Depuis maintenant deux jours le service client ne répond plus aux mails.
Je vais les signaler car ma ceinture est encore sous garantie.

N'est pas correct.
Ils ne sont pas réglo et ils vendent des produits qui ne dure pas et qui coûte cher.

Can you ask Bradley to respond to my emails please! Not acceptable to ignore me as my product is under warranty and I’ve been getting no further responses which is unacceptable! My abs connect is faulty and as you no longer supply these abs 8 was supposed to be dispatched but I’ve received nothing! I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication

Customer service dreadful! A lad called Bradley was dealing with my faulty and connect belt and is now completely ignoring my emails. I am under warranty and the abs 8 was going to sent as its replacement. Can you investigate why my email are being ignored before I report this to trading standards.

Has many belts before an no issue.

I now have the evolve and after 22 days the contractions just stutter and I get an error battery

Been trying find out how to take a photo of the belt cut as the advisor said they’d replace if I destroy the belt but I’m weary to do this as they are so slow and even though my belt faulty I can maybe get a third of the contractions for a programme which is better then zero. If I cut it up now how knows how long I will have to wait. Do better slendertone, I used to love my belt until this one!

It doesn't fit around my waist and doesn't work. I want a refund.

Only about a week to 10 days "in" but it's easy to use Abs5 & was on sale. I've upped the levels & have woke a few times to find my abs aching, telling me they've had a workout. Hoping to continue with this great, easy to use belt & will report back in a few months.

No instructions or information on the different programs

Quite difficult to use at the start and await results

Well made, easy to use and am starting to feel more toned after 2 weeks use so far. So much better than the AbFlex that I bought initially!! Looking forward to seeing more results in time.

I have used the men’s belt on many occasions, the results are very good, you have keep going for few months to get excellent results, can’t expect them in a week or two . Again I have needed to use the belt after 4 year rest. I made a mistake in buying the pads from another site cos they were cheaper but the were useless, cheap copy. I have since ordered from slendertone and you can feel the difference. My advice to all of is buy direct from slendertone if you want results.. And on plus side I now fit into my expensive suits .stomach isn’t bulging so much and I feel great.

It works. I have a trapped nerve in my spine so unable to do sit-ups.
