I had been having problems with my slendertone belt and the replacement pads I received were out of date and had lost their stickiness. I was given 100% off a new set of pads and then I was offered a nice discount on a new belt completely.

Overall very pleased
Belt effectiveness great. Disappointed can’t silence control pad when adjusting on app. Early days but keep having to reconnect device to Bluetooth. But overall very pleased

The control pad sounds are there for safety as they audibly indicate when a control action has taken place and is a regulatory requirement so unfortunately we can't give you the option to mute them. The Abs connect belt itself is ok
The Abs connect belt itself is ok - but just the same as one I had 10 years ago. This is due to the fact the “connect” function just does not work. The app just disconnects and won’t reconnect and so you can’t use any of that functionality, you just end up using the control panel on the belt. So don’t waste the additional money on this version - just get the cheaper evolve model.

I spoke to a lady about the missing control panel on my slender tone abs connect and although she wasn’t able to get me a replacement controller she did give me a 20% discount and was soooo helpful and I was extremely grateful 🙏

Difficult to contact
Pads work well but having subscribed to 3 monthly replacements. I had extreme difficulty in cancelling the subscription. Took several hours and contact with customer services to achieve this

As a result of your feedback we will look into ways to make this easier in future and we will be adding extra detail into the FAQ section of the site so that it is clearly explained. So far...I'm loving my slendertone belt. It's far too early to determine any change as I've only.had it less than a week. I've already ordered 3 more packs of pads.

I purchased an abs Slendertone off…
I purchased an abs Slendertone off Amazon, it was a few years ago and because of one thing and another I never got the time to use it. Having started to use it around a month or so ago the battery charger would only charge to 1 bar. I phoned Slendertone and they don't have a replacement part to give me or to buy. It now wont charge at all.
I have had the actual battery Slenertones in the past, abs and the shorts, they were brilliant and lasted a long time. They are very expensive to not work and to not have replacement parts. Sadly I wont be buying another one. I have already emailed you on the 8 August with the details

Slendertone has been under new ownership since September 2023, as a result we no longer manufacture older models and cannot provide you with a replacement battery pack. A member of our team will contact you with some alternative solutions that may be able to help.
