Sleepyhead Beds Recenzje

Fantastic service from start to finish. Such lovely helpful staff. Great experience and I’ll be returning when I change the other beds in the house

We would 100% recommend sleepy head beds in Dover. They were faultless, the customer service is impeccable trustworthy honest and helpful. This is our second time purchasing mattresses from them, we wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
A big thank you

This is the 2nd lot of bedroom furniture I have brought. Fantastic service prompt delivery and polite staff
All assembled and put where I asked. Extremely happy with all.

Would definitely use Sleepyhead Beds again. Friendly, helpful, informative, not pushy, good choice of products, fair prices, happily held our delivery until we were ready, good communication, no damage on delivery, bed assembled, packaging taken away, and thoroughly nice gents to deal with.

Great friendly and professional service. As an elderly person (82) I was given good advice and I felt really listened to about my preferences. Delivery was excellent with friendly and efficient technicians. My bed is everything I wanted it to be. Thank you so much!

Independent shop selling a good range of beds and mattresses. Needed a small double quickly which was in stock and was delivered 7days later. For small fees, v old bed was dismantled, old parts and mattress were taken away and remainder placed in the garage. And of course new bed assembled.
Great service and v nice staff.
Highly recommend Sleepyhead Beds.

This was our second time using Sleepyhead Beds - I'll always recommend them to anyone looking for new beds. Excellent customer services with regular updates and contact, very fair prices and with my most recent order they went out of their way in a very tight time frame to make sure I had 2 new mattresses delivered before the children came home! Very happy with the whole experience both times.

Great service and quality products would highly recommend

This was our second time to buy a mattress and a brand new bed (!!!) and the whole experience was dreamy. We all know how difficult it is to choose the right mattress, luckily team Sleepyhead Beds is very experienced, friendly and knowledgeable and helped us to make correct decision.
Best night sleeps EVER guaranteed!!! Would definitely recommend. 😴😴😴

absolutely fantastic company to deal with, forget dfs and the other rip off merchants, both of the guys are just so customer friendly giving superb customer service and making sure they give a good deal, i will always use them again and encourage others to do so also.

Our existing mattress was well past its best! Our actual bed is fine so we visited for a new mattress only. Great no pressure service from knowledgeable staff member. We purchased it there and then followed by a prompt and efficient delivery the following morning.
To sum up, great night's sleep! Highly recommend them. Thanks very much.

We recently brought a bed from Chris at Sleepyhead Beds. I couldn't get on with the mattress so we returned to store and told Chris our problem and he changed it for a different one. The new mattress suits me much better. When you are thinking of buying a new bed please give Sleepyhead Beds a try.
The customer service is excellent nothing is to much trouble. Thank you Chris
for you're patience.

We've been buying beds for years at sleepyhead beds and as always they were professional and had really good prices

I highly recommend this company. I was given straightforward, friendly advice and recommendations to meet my requirements, with no pushy sales pitches or upselling. The delivery was on time, no mess and no fuss.

Second occasion we have bought from sleepyhead beds and both times the service has been great.
Fabulous knowledge and welcoming in store.
Delivery and fitting service very good.
Would highly recommend.

Very nice people to do Business with Will certainly use this service again

Very good service in the Dover shop as well as having a great bed and mattress!

From the moment we entered the shop we were felt welcomed and at ease taking time to ask us what exactly we wanted we were shown lots of different mattresses to try out until we found the right one , we explained about the base and that wasn't an issue neither .... explaining we could have it however we wanted it basically... nothing was a problem , so we opted for a lower base in quadrants in order to make sure would get into a loft room . Very polite and courteous all throughout our time in shop . We were kept informed of everything and men came to deliver and put bed together on the day agsin very efficient and thorough . Would highly recommend. Great company great workers

Excellent customer service - helpful but not pushy salesman and extremely swift delivery of our new mattress.
Highly recommend

Great customer service, helpful advice with no pressure. I recently purchased an ottoman bed with mattress and 2 wardrobes. Fast delivery, good quality furniture and competitive prices. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.
