Terrible site, never gives you the bonuses and just takes your money. Worst site ever!!!!!!

Be very careful using this app, having been a sky sports user for number over years the security is very poor.
Over the last few days a random £5 has been taken from my bank account followed by an additional £20 Saturday.
I have now closed my account as their only A.i has no answer for the issue.

For the 4th week running Ive had to waste hours of my valuable time chasing g the very “lacking in capability” customer services about the missing free bets which are offered on a Saturday on the home page &/or by email. They have kept refusing that the bet was placed correctly despite several ways of demonstrating that it was. I highly recommend that u keep away from this rather dubious outfit and bet elsewhere. Sky bet are dishonourable and as a firm, leave a lot to be desired both in terms of ethics and customer service. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CURCUMSTANCES!

Great Customer support

I was asked to submit 1 form of ID following a £15 withdrawal request. Then asked for 2 others - I submitted all and am now still waiting ‘in a queue’ over 6 months later! Appalling

Used to be good, but someone with my name self excluded and they blocked my account. Hours spent on livechat and 3 promises that my access was restored were just lies. Absolute clowns and I can’t access my balance.

A good company but the app keeps buffering & sticks on pages also sometimes almost impossible to place a bet becomes extremely slow, I hav failed to place bets & lost money becsuse of this I thought it may be my mobile phone but since using another betting app called Midnight the Midnight app is fast & smooth so no excuses for skybet, please skybet i am a long loyal customer who would like to ask you to please improve your app thankyou.

They don't like to lose on long shot bets 12 bet I had 10 bets win and they voided 2 bets to reduce the odds of £3256 they voided 2 bets and 1 of the games was still in plat the robbing Bast#rds.
Don't trust them for long shots they are crooks simples.

Really bad RTP, on the odd occasion you win anything it takes it back off you in the next game, the nail in the coffin for me was playing a game got the bonus round of 10 free spins only to pay out 5p, absolute rip off. Closed account.

In April I was excluded from a promotion because they judged that 3x doubles & a treble bet on three horses wasn’t a multiple.
In May I did a £5 hot shot bet in the PGA golf, once a gain they refused to provide the free bet stating I hadn’t opted in, when I had. What is the difference between a win bet & hot shot in Sky bet? Bet tonight on the Liverpool v Villa game - showing 5 shots on target for
Villa and 4 for Liverpool - Villa had 11 and Liverpool over 5 - all other statistics have shown this except sky bet - blaming it on a glitch but no update and a waste of time when speaking with them - won’t be using again

Don't give you the welcome offer. You have to place a minimum of 5p bet , my son placed £1 but didn't get the offer. Customer support were useless and said you had to place exactly 5p! You could write it.
