We had a brilliant experience with…

We had a brilliant experience with Michael at the Meadowhall branch. From the moment we walked in, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to understand what we needed. Nothing felt rushed, and he made everything clear and straightforward.

His professionalism and friendly approach are exactly why we felt confident enough to sign up on the day. A real credit to the team—highly recommend asking for Michael if you visit!

What a great visit into the store…

What a great visit into the store today, I left Sky years ago and after speaking to Katie and Sharon you now have a customer back. Both ladies were excellent, knowledgeable and a credit to the store.

Went into to transfer my broadband from…

Went into to transfer my broadband from BT to Sky and spoke to Lee who was amazing and extremely helpful explaining things in simple terms . The service was excellent I got a great deal and I know exactly what will happen on my installation day and going forward. Thank you Lee !

I came into the sky store in Meadowhall…

I came into the sky store in Meadowhall to look at getting a iPhone and dealt with a lovely chap, Paul he explained and help set my new phone up he was great from start to finish, very pleasant and would definitely recommend asking for Paul.

We visited the Sky store at Meadowhall…

We visited the Sky store at Meadowhall on 26th March. We were served by Stuart who was exceptional in explaining and ensuring that my elderly mum was purchasing the correct phone and contract for her needs. He made feel my hard of hearing mum feel included throughout and even offered her a higher seat to sit on. she left the store delighted and feels in control of the decisions she has made. I can’t thank Stuart enough for his care and patience today
