Spoke with Elena today in store

Spoke with Elena today in store. I asked for assistance in obtaining a PAC code which no other department within Sky could resolve for me. This was done without fuss or debate and resolved within minutes via the My Sky app. This option was not given to me previously. Absolutely outstanding customer service and I would like my comments to be conveyed to her supervisor. She has reaffirmed my confidence despite previous bad experiences

Liverpool one store

We went to the Liverpool one store for two new iPhones and “ Liam” could not have been more helpful. Answered all our questions and set our phone up. I also signed up for sky essentials with him. 10/10customer service

Warm friendly greeting by sales person Ilay,who then invited us both in a room with relaxing comfy surroundings.
ILya knowledge of products for tv broadband packages was amazing thanx you ILya.
We ended us with sky glass package,so happy with the purchase and excited to get it.
ILya so well manned very patient and warm and wel spoken and reassuring us of the deal going threw everything with us.

Ilya could not have been more helpful

Ilya could not have been more helpful. We had to set up new email addresses to allow me to join the Sky network and eventually we were able to accomplish this. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needs help

Ilya was super helpful and as soon as I came in he smiled then I explained my situation. He sat me down and got it all sorted super quick and explained everything which is great. He is a very good sales person and is very professional and helpful.
