We have recently been looking to change our provider for TV Broadband and mobile phones to consolidate and reduce costs. After looking at several options we decided as a family to go with SKY at their Staines stall/site . There are four of us in the family and we wanted the above bundle to include four phones. Although the TV and broadband were ok we could only put three of the four phones on the one account (although this was supposed to be ok). That being said the sales person was very helpful and was doing their best to get this through for us by adding a second account. This is were a computer glitch appeared and several hours over multiple day has ensued not to mention an upfront cost for each account . Whilst trying to sort this our we have spoken to several Sky customer services departments and the sales person has spoken to the head office and I can not fault his dedication or service level. However, despite his effort we keep being told it is a computer error and that they will send a different link to resolve the issue. Unfortunately this was always the same link with the same result ( the definition of insanity as I believe its said). I have now left this with our helpful sales person in Staines to try to resolve. The issue here is not the product or the customer service but when this went wrong nobody in authority seem to know or care how this could be resolved and as a NEW customer that is utilising a lot of their services it dose not sit well with me

I have been served by Mihai and Arek and have received a very good service and advice. They have by given me the best deals for broadband, TVs & Mobiles.
