Jamais reçu …

J’ai commandé mon casque audio le 8 mai, et je n’ai toujours pas reçu ce casque en la date du 23 mai
En transit depuis le 15, je ne comprends pas où est-ce qu’est passé mon casque ? Aucune nouvelle de la part du site?
Les commandes d’utilisation du site ne marche pas, je ne peux pas aller sur le site pour les contacter ni pour qu’une personne puisse me dire où est-ce qu’est mon colis ! Dans la même journée on m’annonce que mon colis a était livré et autant vous dire que je n’en ai pas vue la couleur, le système de contacte par mails est injoignable car l’e-mail n’existe pas ( pour conclure ce site est une blague magistral)

EMREJAZZ from TURKEY

I bought Crusher ANC 2 when I was in US. I was worrying about delivery time. It was written as 5-10 business day on ordering page. But it delivered at 4th day. Perfect..
Now I have a high quality incredible ANC headphones with a 1/3 price than TURKEY.

I ordered some headphones and a day after I ordered them they went on sale for $80 cheaper. The company refunded me the $80. The headphones are freaking awesome as well!

Method 360 ANC sound by…

I bought the method 360 ANC sound by Bose in plasma. I love the color, it’s not an orange red color which I was worried about when it was in the mail. Sound quality is amazing, the bass is fire! Definitely sound is by Bose. The earbuds are also loud. I also tested it by taking it to the gym, I ran 3.5 miles with them, was on the bicycle, and used the stairmaster, the earbuds didn’t fall off my ears. Call quality is great too. 9/10. I took a point off because of the case, you have to adjust on which way to open it so you get the correct earbud facing you but other than that, they did a very good job.

I’d be nice if they could add a thing…

I’d be nice if they could add a thing for skipping tracks and my right earbud has been refusing to work lately but otherwise I’m very happy with this product and the only other thing is that it starts to slide out after a while

Can't speak on the sound quality…

Can't speak on the sound quality because out of two pair of ear buds, neither one have ever even worked from the start. Complete pieces of junk and the company customer service refuses to even help or back up their products.

Skullcandy offers free shipping over…

Skullcandy offers free shipping over $49. I did not receive this the only option was to pay the $15(own literature says $12) Then after I receive the item I would get a refund, but for that I needed to reach back out. This was very disappointing as I don't trust that option and it gives me extra work. I think this may be a way they get you to pay more as people don't want to do all the extra work to get the thing that was promised from the beginning. Which then makes these items cheaper on other sites that offer the free shipping as promised. Or makes these less affordable and other brand more enticing.

Ordered the Hesh ANC headphones and for…

Ordered the Hesh ANC headphones and for whatever reason, the courier sent it back to skullcandy. Mind you that skullcandy does not have phone number to call them and only way of contact is through email which gets replied once every week or live chat with very rude agents. After gathering evidence that I got charged for it and not pending anymore, they keep on referring me back to contacting my bank about it since “the bank is making error”. I’ve gathered all necessary information and evidence and will escalate this fraudulent company that sells subpar penny to the dollar electronics for high markup.
