SLOWW SHIPPING TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered the Crusher Anc 2’s August 31st via “express shipping”, it is now Sep 11th. Do jot order from the website, they wont issue me a refund and to this day they still have not sent the package to UPS. I’ve contacted customer service several times about my product and they ALL ate giving me different answers and times. This is completely unacceptable and I hope the word spreads about their terrible customer service and shipping times. I should of ordered from Amazon or Best Buy (atleast they are reliable). Also the chat kicked me out and would not work again when I said I want a refund. I called and they are basically forcing me to wait. I will not wait. I am reaching out to the CEO and calling my bank to get the money back. I love the products but I will never order from the website again.

Never received my order and won’t give me a refund

I paid for the ANC 2 headphones which were 180 or around that price, then I paid extra for warranty as well and express 1-2 day shipping which was an extra 20-30 dollars. All to say I paid around 218 dollars. I had received a confirmation saying that my order was shipped and even completed but when checking the tracking number it said it was never received. I had messaged or emailed them 5+ times and even called. Every single time they gave me a different answer as to what happened to my order. They won’t give me a refund and keep pushing the date of when I’m able to get a refund back. I’ve never had an experience with buying from store like I’ve had this one. I feel devalued as a costumer and fatigued by this whole experience. If you do plan to buy from them don’t buy on their website, either buy on amazon or through Best Buy. They have better costumer service options than Skullcandy. I’m ready to dispute this with my credit card company if they won’t issue me a refund.

Edit: I already did what they said and I haven’t gotten any help

I'd like to write an honest review.

I would like to share my thoughts on the headphones. First, I want to commend the audio quality, which I absolutely love! I would definitely recommend them based on that. However, I’ve found that the cushioning is a bit too firm for me, which doesn't work well with my headaches and migraines. Additionally, the vibrations can feel quite intense, making it uncomfortable. Overall, they don't seem to suit my ears as well as some other brands do. I wonder if there might be a way to make these headphones more comfortable for those of us who experience migraines and headaches? That would be a game-changer! Thank you for considering this!

Quite possibly my forever headphones

Hi, I'm back. You all know me at this point. for those new, I often review Skullcandy products cause I'm kinda picky and have interesting needs with my Audio. My motto is "if a company can consistently grant quality audio that's to MY liking, I'd be truly impressed"
And wow, did they impress.
This review is of the absolute pain that my new Icon ANC took like it was nothing yesterday.
I got these headphones the day before an event called "Masonic family reunion" tldr: bunch of youth organizations (we call each other siblings, which is why it's a family reunion) from my state get together and go to six flags.
Lots of people, lots of fun.
But I had these headphones on all day for two days (day one is gathering, and day two is the park).
Not only did they easily survive day one, the ANC keeping my autistic self from being overstimulated, but day two.
Day two, the headphones survived constant use with ANC on from when I put em on (~8 am ish) to when I finally got to sleep (~ midnight) and they still had around half battery.
They felt so comfortable that I never even needed to use my dime evos I had brought as a back up for my headphones.
I don't ride a lot of the stuff there, but on the swinging boat ride, and the spinning up and down ride, the headphones didn't even get close to falling off my neck. (I had extended em a bit to make a full circle around my neck)
They felt comfortable enough to keep em on the whole time, and with ANC on I could easily block out all background noises.
I went under the mist to cool off a bit, and the icon ANC just brushed the water off.
Note that I arrived in the park at l the latest 1 pm, probably closer to 11 am, and we left at 8 ish because the park closed.
The whole time I was listening to my favorite music, I'll list off some genres so you can see why my music taste can bring audio quality challenges; heavy metal, whatever weird Al is doing, vocaloids, pop.
My dislikes are litteraly just; gospel, ocapella.

The audio experience for the whole day was only described as just about perfect. With amazing bass boost.

The headphones have a unique design, but not too over the top that it's an eyesore. Just enough that no one would mistake the headphones for some other pair. They are also great for Apple users.
As much as I dislike apple, I have to say that Skullcandy knocked it out of the park with these, as on the packaging it actually states the the icon ANC is "made for iPhone/iPad".
I was slightly concerned about the choice to make the wire (not the cord the turns wireless headphones into wired headphones) outside of the headphones, but it can withstand a literal theme park. Id say that as long as Skullcandy covers stuff like people coming up and cutting the wire (would knock out left side functionality) under the warranty that comes with the product, the wire being outside is fine.

On the topic of the icon ANC being built for Apple products, they actually have a slight resemblance to beats headphones, but way cooler.

Im still slightly anxious about the placement of the cord. Yes, the riff 2 Wireless did have its cord exposed, however it was mostly embedded in the headband.
Id say, for future designs like this, make the main wire inside and make a false putter wire. (This criticism will age like milk if it turns out that it is a false wire, I'm not testing cause the icon ANC is like 100$).

Next: app functionality. There's legit nothing wrong with it, infact I was surprised about the integration of personal audio (I have a really bad left ear). My question is: Why is there two apps?
I thought all products on skull iq had personal audio, and that's why they had a separate app. But turns out that was incorrect, as the icon ANC connects to the normal Skullcandy app.
Now, I'm not angry, or trying to be negative as there's most likely a reason. So I'd like to know why the skull iq app exists.
Honestly I'd love to know, I'm a tech person and these things interest me. That's why I'm also counting this as a upside to the headphones. Without them, I'd never even think to question this.
Also, I believe that they could have done a bit more with the yellow-green highlights, but, it's obviously recognizable enough. when I was at six flags, a fellow Skullcandy user who worked there commented on my headphones.
Still, better use of highlights than the riff 2 wireless.

I also appreciate that it came with a travel bag.

Overall, the icon ANC are way worth the price. They litteraly fix everything I had issues with in regards to the riff 2 Wireless.
I'm going to wait for a while before I continue collecting, as this collection is expensive, but what should I get next from Skullcandy? I'm taking a break from the earbuds, and I don't want the new crusher plyr/slyr yet (I think my YT Viewers would get whiplash from that big a jump in quality.)

Given me a soundtrack through hardship and healing…

My Skullcandy Jib True earbuds have been one of the best products I've ever owned. 9 years ago my musician girlfriend and myself lost everything in a fire. We have been fortunate enough to have rebuilt our lives. Only relevant to say nothing I own is older than 9 years, so technically my oldest possession. The battery still works great!! When I realized how long I've been using them I had to say something.

I ordered a pair of skullcandy…

I ordered a pair of skullcandy headphones but usps returned them to the sender. I reached out to them and i took them a little bit to respond but after that they instantly issued a full refund and were very polite and helpful. Later i got a pair of headphones at a store locally and they are great. The sound on them is amazing and the battery lasts forever.
