Bought the Skullcandy Crusher ANC2 at Best Buy for $255.59 and omd... the bass is INSANE. They are one of the best headphones with the best bass you can ever find. Highly recommend these!!

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had attempting to return an item. I ordered headphones for my son for Christmas and received a wrong item of lesser quality from Skullcandy. I have called three times in the past two days waiting for over an hour two of those times to speak to someone. I was given the complete run around and was flat out lied to. I have yet to receive the return shipping label that they said they emailed me yesterday .. i called again today to ask them for the return shipping label and was told that I hadn't received it yet because I never sent a photo of the wrong product I received even though I was never told to do so yesterday. I honesty am starting to believe they purposely sent the wrong item because they thought they would get away with it. I truly feel like this company is a total scam… i would not recommended ordering from them ever. They have $160 of my money and have done zero to resolve their error.. they be should totally ashamed and embarrassed. Dealing with their customer service is a total nightmare.. do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from them!
Update: It is now 3 full days since I first contacted Skullcandy customer service. I have yet to receive a return label or communication from them on how to remedy their error!!!! I bought a product, received the wrong product, and Skullcandy refuses to remedy it! This is so baffling from such a large company!!

Raffy was very personable and helpful when I called about the shipping delay for my Skullcandy product. I hope if I ever have to call about another issue that I can speak with him again! 10/10 experience.

I ordered to the wrong address and submitted a ticket almost immediately after, but despite that the availability of support to fix the issue was next to none. I recommend ordering Skullcandy products through other means that have better protections to your deliveries

Using the 24/7 chat bot was difficult because i had an issue that could only be resolved with an assistant, however once I got in touch I had lovely service and amazing help in solving my issue.

I took advantage of the Black Friday deal online and got an additional discount from Skullcandy via email after putting the Crusher ANC 2’s in my cart. I have to admit, I was a little concerned when 5 days had passed and I still had not received a tracking number. Customer service responded to me right away reassuring me that my order was being processed. True enough, it was and I received tracking soon after. The product arrived within 48 hours after receiving tracking. I obviously ordered the Crusher ANC 2’s and I am extremely satisfied with them. If you are on the fence about purchasing these….do yourself a favor and go ahead and get them. You will not be sorry.

Unmöglich vor 5 Tagen bestellt und direkt bezahlt und noch nicht mal eine bestätigungsmail bekommen. ich habe das skullcandy Team auf allen erdenklichen wegen kontaktiert und aufgefordert meine Bestellung zu stornieren und der automatisierte chatbot gibt auch immer die gleichen sinnlosen Nachrichten von sich.

From what I heard the products are good can’t confirm though as they don’t even ship out my order been 5 days no updates and support won’t answer tickets at this point quality is not worth the hassle excelent product horrible brand

Ich habe am 28.11. Kopfhörer für meinen Sohn bestellt und bezahlt. Die Bestätigungsemail habe ich erhalten und seitdem nichts mehr. Meine Emails können nicht zugestellt werden und beim Chat komme ich auch nicht weiter.

Dreadful company. NO way to get in touch with anybody regarding problems, seems they couldnt care less about their customers. A generic response from them will surely follow this review of "Please contact us at contact.skullcandy.com blah blah blah", but thats precicely the place where they completely ignore you. Shouldnt have bought from them, and i wont be ordering in the future; better brands out there that actually have a basic level of respect for their customer base.

My experience was positive thanks to the helpful and professional support provided by Rhyan. Even though my specific case (product purchased in China) required me to contact a local distributor, Rhyan was very clear in explaining the warranty options and limitations. I felt my concerns were heard and understood. This level of customer service is commendable.
