One the order was placed
One the order was placed, the shipping was fast. It always has been. I trust the quality of the products you carry 109 %. The issue is the out of stocks, or. Like I tried to do yesterday, order airless jars, the caps and pumps not available. Or available in twice the quantity of the bases.

Everything was fine except the 1OZ…
Everything was fine except the 1OZ bottles were not able to squeeze in order to dispense our product and our customers will not use them.
We would like to return the 1OZ and swap for the 2OZ bottles that we have no problems with please?

Shipping issues
Our bottle order arrived with the box busted open, the bottles were filthy. We cant use them. SKS was kind enough to re-ship the order and provide a return label, however the replacement box of bottles also arrived in a ripped open and re-tapped box. UPS would not accept the first box for return because of its condition. SKS would not send us a box and we are not a box/shipping company. SKS doesn't use adequate boxes. We lost a $6000.00 contract because of this incident.
Update: SKS acknowledged the problem and issued a full refund. We have no hard feelings, they were very understanding and reasonable. Thank you SKS.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review. We apologize for the frustration with the shipping of this order. We can offer to replace the case for you again or if UPS is unwilling to accept the shipment of the case that they delivered to you in that condition we can provide a refund to you for the original order cost. These bottles are shipped in the cases that we received on the pallets directly from our supplier. We have not recently had this issue with the shipment of these cases but given your recent experience we will investigate the packaging that the manufacturer currently uses and ask if they may have some corrective actions for this problem. A member of our customer support team will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed.
