Very Pathetic customer service. Once you pay them, they totally treat you as ur a waste. When u call them, they will put u on hold & disconnect the line & say there is technical glitch.
Today I heard Manju say to one of her colleague "aaj to sab kabar k murde hi call kar rahe hain. Maine usko hold pe daal diya hai, ab tak to wo bhaag gayi hogi. Mujhe to aaj jaldi jaana tha....." & they were all making fun of the customer-calls
& I was literally hearing everything they were discussing. This is the Skinnsi customer service?
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Skinnsi has some fantastic technicians! They're professional, knowledgeable, and make the laser hair removal process as comfortable as possible. However, the appointment scheduling system and constant feedback calls significantly detract from the overall experience.

Scheduling Challenges:

Getting appointments at the right time for your treatment plan is incredibly difficult. For laser hair removal to be effective, sessions need to be spaced at specific intervals (often 6 weeks). Unfortunately, securing a slot at that interval feels nearly impossible.

Skinnsi claims it's a "first come first serve" system for booking appointments, but the limited number of slots makes it a flawed approach. No matter how quickly you try to book after your previous session, spots are often gone. This can lead to delays of up to 10 weeks between sessions, significantly extending the overall treatment time and potentially impacting results.

Rescheduling is equally frustrating. If something unexpected comes up and you need to move an appointment, the next available slot could be another 4 weeks away. This pushes the gap between sessions to 3-4 months, which is far from ideal for laser hair removal effectiveness.

Excessive Feedback Calls:

Adding to the frustration are the constant feedback calls. It's disruptive to receive calls from 10 different people while you're in the middle of a session. Even when you explain the scheduling system issues, the response is often that they have limited machines.

Limited Resources, Wider Focus?

If limited machines are the bottleneck, it raises the question of why Skinnsi is trying to capture a larger market. Perhaps focusing on servicing existing clients effectively with proper scheduling and addressing their concerns would be a better approach.

Overall:

Skinnsi's technicians are highly skilled, but the scheduling system and constant feedback calls create significant roadblocks in the treatment process. If consistent scheduling according to the recommended intervals and a less intrusive feedback approach are important to you, you might want to consider exploring alternative laser hair removal providers.

Its been a year I have undergoing laser skin treatment with skinnsi and every month getting an appointment has become a task. Its very disappointing after paying full advance and not getting appointments. It takes days/ months to get a single appointment. I have been calling customer care for a week and still no resolution. I am sorry to say but this is really pathetic customer service. This is mental harassment and I can't take this any more and I want my money back

This is worst service 😡 no effect at all on hair reduction. And also bcz of sudden monthly cycle if we have to cancel appointment they will charge you Rs 300 extra for every cancellation despite of full amount already paid to them in advance 😡 worst service ever. Not recommended.

Your laser hair removal disaster needs fixing! My skin got burnt because of the negligence from your doctor and therapist. How come there is no doctor during these sessions?

How dare you allow the sessions to happen without doctor examining the skin ??

Forget that the doctor was not present and my skin was burnt, but even post that I had to literally struggle just to get to speak to doctor and get the medications.

Due to the wait, the burns kept spreading and covered my entire back, I can share the pictures here if the need be. Its been almost 2 months and I am still struggling with the burns.

Just to speak to the doctor I had to call several people, several times.

Instead of taking the responsibility, you abandoned your customer and all many such experiences made me to losetrust in your organisation and compel me to discontinue the service.

But this was not enough for you all.!!!!!!!!!!
You decided to get down further and torture your customer to the extent of breaking down.

I had requested the refund for the remaining 6 due sessions and I was ok with them deducting for 2 sessions taken. Ideally you should not charge me for the session you burnt my skin in. But I was more than ok.

But your customer support, A hot mess! Took me forever, multiple calls, hundreds of messages to several people to just give me a resolution or call back.

The customer support head Mr Azaz, Mr Karan Goswami, the consultant Mr Prashant, everybody is an example of extremely poor team. They kept delaying things, lied to me, ignored my texts and calls, gave me false hopes and tortured me for good 2 months to an extent that I had to visit the Borivali center and sit for several hours just to get the update on the refund.

Not only did I have to chase you for a refund on the remaining sessions, but now you're slapping me with a 5,000 cancellation fee? Seriously? You burn my skin, and I foot the bill? How about the medical bills I am paying for burning the skin ? What about the session I paid for even after you burny my skin ??

You have the audacity to ask me to pay for cancelling the services? Seriously ? This is how you have made money ?

Get it together! Drop that ridiculous fee for the session where my skin got torched.

This whole deal is beyond frustrating, and I want this mess fixed - NOW!

Worst experience never take there package, they are forcing you to take the package and after that you will be in trouble and never get a reply from them.

IT is a fruad company. Despite no skin issues etc my results were poor. And the customer care is of ZERO help believe me they will take your money send some person to do the job and you will believe it is being done right but unfortunately with no results. I would like to take them to court they are so so unprofessional and fleeced me of such a huge amount and they keep insisting to take the maintenance package saying then the results will show. seriously!!!! again the expense and that too soo huge? DONT GO FOR SKINNSI PLEASE.

Had a very helpful experience with Radha Didi. She was very sweet and kind during the entire session and made me feel very comfortable.

Worst experience . They had taken money of full session and then appointment is cancel by then and they have not given the refund also . I visit the centre there is no doctor it is a fake company

I want to rate them negatively. At the time of the booking, they promise you 90% of hair reduction for 6-8 sessions. After my 5th session I could see hardly any difference, hence contacted the doctor wherein she mentioned I should expect only 50-60% of reduction and not 90%. 2 months after my 6 sessions, my hair growth is back to normal, infact more than I normally had. I kept calling the doctors and customer service, no proper response, they keep on suggesting maintenance sessions, but they won’t even consider refunding you for 0 results. It’s just a money making company, they don’t really care about the customer satisfaction. Please save your time and money, and don’t fall for their scam.

My experience with Skinssi has been quite disappointing. They led me to believe in their advertising and assured me I'd see results in just 6 sessions, even setting up a call with a dermatologist for confirmation. Sadly, I didn't see any improvement. my attempts to reach out to your customer support team have been met with considerable frustration. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. Promises of callbacks have gone unfulfilled, and it feels as though my concerns have been disregarded. Don't fall for their advertising, they also block people who write about their bad experiences in reviews

Please don’t get your treatment done from skinnsi it’s horrible I took 2 years unlimited package and haven’t seen any results they have spoiled my face because of their laser I have got so many acne scars on my face they have burned my face and a keloid is formed one of the worst place don’t invest your money here. They do too much of drama to book the laser sessions and everytime they send different therapists their doctors are rubbish they don’t really help and reply.

I have taken a few sessions earlier but today's was the best of all. Thanks to the Skinnsi agent Shabnam Warsi, who shared friendly vibes and kept giving tips for the skin care. She made me comfortable and worked with patience and care. It is a genuine feedback. Normally people ask for reviews but I had decided to review her services soon as my session begun. Hey everyone, I wanted to share my personal experience with the brand SKINNSI. I purchased their package in March 2022 with the assurance of excellent service and 90-95% hair reduction. Unfortunately, the first 4-5 sessions didn't show any noticeable impact. Pathetic service and unexperienced / untrained therapist . Frustrated, I raised my concerns and even threatened to take legal action and share my experience on social media. It was only then that they assigned me a more competent therapist.

Since those were my last sessions, I requested an extension as the change in hair reduction was far below the promised 90-95%, barely reaching 30%. Despite my efforts to persuade them, they only offered me two additional sessions. With the new therapist, there was some improvement, but it still fell short of the expected results.

Now, I find myself in a difficult situation. SKINNSI insists that I pay more for maintenance sessions, claiming that the lack of results is due to health-related issues like PCOD, which they conveniently failed to mention earlier. I wish they had been upfront about these possibilities from the beginning. I would have avoided falling into this trap.

Consider this a warning: BEWARE OF THIS TRAP! I urge you to exercise caution when dealing with SKINNSI. Make sure to fully understand the potential limitations and be aware of their approach to customer service. It's essential to make informed decisions and protect yourself from disappointing experiences.

Pathetic services, unprofessional and inexperienced staff. First of all after my 1st session I had to wait for more than 2 months to schedule my appointment for the next one as machines were not available. I waited patiently till my next session. Finally when I was able to book it My LHR treatment was stopped in the middle as the machine broke down and water started leaking out of the machine. However my session was shown completed by the therapist. When I raised my concern customer care team promised me to get back in 48 hours. It’s been 11 days now there is no. Response from the team and when I called they said we are calling you back, it’s still in process. I requested for refund but they clearly said we will not refund the money. I am badly stuck. Spent my hard earned money in this scam. Therapist herself told me that there is just 1 machine which is in very bad condition, it keeps breaking down, they keep sending it for repair ( hence the availability issue) other customers are also struggling with the same issue.They constantly call and bug you to take the package or upgrade it but once you bought it they take you for granted. Please don’t waste your money here there are so many good clinics available in the city connect with them instead.

Horrible experience!

They are just set out to make money from you. I have taken the unlimited package for 2 years. I have not got any decent results after 3 full sessions. After my 3rd session, I requested for my 4th session a few days before their 6-week recommended gap.

They immediately sent me a google form that states they are not responsible if I don't get my results for the complete 2 years if I take this one session a few days early - How does this make any sense? They are washing off their responsibility for the entire 2 years based only one a one-time session request to do it 3-4 days before their timeline? They want to make you wait so that you cannot take extra sessions. Horrible customer support. I would not recommend.

Terrible experience ever.
I've been a customer of Skinnsi for a very long time.I have completed 7 session but I can't see much difference in hair growth and hair reduction.Technicians are not at all skilled and are shrude at another level.

I've been a customer of Skinnsi for a very long time. Let me start with my story.
1. Started here- 10 January 2021.(where they tried to impress new customers for a free trial session)
2. Then they continuously call you and try to brainwash you by creating a lot of impressions on their service and then loot your hard earned money in the form of a SCAM service called "EMI" (Please don't fall into this trap)
3. They never tell you about the cancellation policy before you go do any subscription from them.
4. They literally annoy you until you subscribe to their So called services which are not economically friendly and also you will also not achieve any results after 6 laser sessions.
5. I was literally trapped that time and had to include their services forcibly without any help.
6. The therapist sessions - OH GOD - Most of them are never trained properly before providing services to their clients.
7. After all these - I was again trapped with great offers they provided on Maintenance sessions by including Additional services with a moderately lower price for their total service (another strategy they used in exploiting more money from me, and since- as I never got any results from those initial 6 sessions I had to again try taking up those maintenance sessions)
8. NOW- Since I'm TOTALLY FED UP with everything from SKINNSI and try asking for a REFUND for only the services I have not utilized- They again SCAM me now with the details of Cancellation policy not being entertained after all this and give me a gimmick of transferring my pending sessions to someone else??- WHY SHOULD I DO THIS TO SOMEONE TO GO THROUGH ALL THE MESS I EXPERIENCED???

Skinnsi team just care about increasing their revenue, where customer are treated nicely till they have recieved money. After that no kne listen to the complaint or issue. All they will say as it’s not in their control

After 5 sessions, there is only 30 percent reduction in growth and they have claimed 90% reduction.

The mentioned to give proper customer support, but the team don’t know how to handle any concerns.

The doctors available dosnt even listen to acne issue that occur due to laser treatment.

The team changes your therapist without any prior notice and also tell you that you have booked wrong therapist.

And because of this issue, I have to cancer my appointment twice.

In addition to this, they are not ready to compensate and just mention their fav dialogue "sorry for inconvenience "

Don’t go for skinnsi and waste money.

Skinnsi is a scam, after taking payment they are cancelling my appointment every time, I need my full refund frauds.
