They did not warn me that part of my design would my cut off. Ordered a custom case and while I acknowledge this part is on me I am unhappy with the fact that they printed my design onto a piece of cardboard they turned into a sticker. I reached out to customer service for a refund because they sent me the most poor quality product and I was turned down. They said because it is customizable case it can not be refunded. Had I realized that it would be printed onto a sticker I would not have ordered. Now I'm stuck with a poor quality case I can't use. The sticker is poorly adhered and if I wanted to peel it off I absolutely could. It is just a sticker they put on the back of a clear case. The sticker has no protection whatsoever so there's nothing to stop it from scratching or being torn up. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the product and I will not be buying from Skinit again.

I ordered a Monster's University sticker for my husband for Father's Day. We had just been at Disney and he was looking for a Monster's University beer koozy and I thought this would be perfect. The sticker arrived misprinted and to place it on the yeti the letters would be cut in half. I reached out to their customer service and received the automatic reply that said I would hear something within 1 -2 business days. It has now been over two weeks and I have not heard anything from the company.

The phone case was exactly as pictured. It was easy to use. It shipped very quickly and was delivered in a timely manner. Looks great

Recently I ordered some cases again from Skinit and they continue to be very much worth their price! I got a new iPhone 17e for my nephew and another for myself and ordered one custom made and a distressed flag MagSafe cover cases. Very happy with them and the shipping/delivery process was awesome! 🤩 I just ordered another custom and a regular pro-case and I am looking forward to getting them both. Thanks Skinit for being a Class A brand that I can trust. You rock 🤘 🎸

The package is taking over 5 days to arrived it stated 3-5 days and its going to take a whole week.

I've ordered many Apple product skins from Skinit and the quality of the skins has been consistently excellent ...
HOWEVER:
there could / should be more editing and sizing options.

I had to update my shipping address for the order, mid order. They changed it, and updating it was easy. They kept in touch with me to make sure that everything was correct with my order. Super fast shipping. I will definitely order from them again.

I have ordered this product twice and it's sizing is incorrect. I reached out this second time and they emailed that I ordered the incorrect item however, the one I ordered was the most appropriate/size based on that they had as options.
