Good Product. Good Service. Will buy again

My boyfriend wanted to get me a matching phone case to go with my watchband and face. He had made a picture and skinit made it so easy. The only issue I have with the case is that there needs to be some texture on the sides.

I haven’t even gotten my package, there was a problem with my address I tried to reach someone and now who knows where my order is I’m currently very disappointed.

I did not receive a skin that looked the way I wanted. I asked for a skin that was completely transparent with a small picture of a dancing Snoopy in the lower right hand corner. I received a skin that had a white background with a dancing Snoopy in the lower right hand corner. That was twice as big as I wanted and had a checkered background behind him. When I asked if I could replace this with a skin that looked the way I requested, I was told that you couldn't make a skin like that. When I asked if I could return the skin for a full refund. I was told that because it was custom it was not returnable. This is totally unacceptable. I should have been told that they could not create the skin the way I wanted or at least have been sent a proof so that I could see that it wasn't going to look the way I requested. I feel that it is appropriate for me to get a complete refund on my order

I have purchased the custom covers for 4 phones now...they endure and hold up perfectly till I switch phones by upgrade, no scratches and no loss of picture grade at all. The art I customize is always exactly as I order it. Always fits perfectly. I ordered a few skins too, for my laptop computer, my iPad and the off brands of tablets.

You make it too much trouble to bother verifying, so oh well too bad. An up loaded picture ID I have, but you want me to jump through hoops I am not willing to do. Seriously, you want me to leave my computer, to go to my smartphone to finish a servey...no .

I didn't receive all of my order. Contacted customer service was told they would send me a replacement. Well, I’m still waiting. Never again will i buy from them and i don't recommend you buy from them either.

I ordered pieces for the wrong type of console and without any issues was able to get a refund on the pieces I did send back and reorder the correct ones I needed. Seemless and very helpful.
