My weir door provides way more surface movement than the skim-a-round even on the highest flow setting. What a joke. Return window is only 10 days, so if you're not in town when it's delivered or don't get around to installing it after that, your SOL. LAME Product.

Basket top keeps popping off dumping out whatever was in it for the pump to suck up...I won't recommend this product to anyone

The product would not fit my pool. Tried to return it 3 days after I received it and they said it does not qualify for return. No phone number and no response to my emails. I do not recommend using them or trusting them.

Order number 16880564SAR purchased this came missing the 3 ring disc I sent them email then the next day I checked box again and the basket had a crack at the top I sent them another email they replied to first email but not the second email I was a returning customer I emailed them 5 times really frustrated now I know why they don’t have a customer service phone number and after reading reviews that I would have to pay return not worth it I’m really disappointed it will go to the trash as now I’m looking to purchase one on Amazon never ever again stay away!!

I received my all in one skim around product - Order number 16878087SAR. The baskets do not sit to the bottom and does not function well. I even asked the pool company that cleans and maintains my pool says it will not work because my pool is more than 20 years old.

Was looking for a refund but says my time period is past but I believe it is just in the cusp. Now I have two baskets that I have no use for

Very disappointed first of all they don’t have a phone number to call now I see why I received item missing the 3 ring disc and the basket cracked well I been sending messages and no reply stay far away from this company spend your money elsewhere

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is a company to stay away from. Terrible Product, No Customer Service and Horrible Return Policy.
WORTHLESS!!!

I have a variable speed pump and I have it for a reason--to save money. The only way the skim-a-round will remotely work is if I run my pump at double the speed I currently run, and then it still does not perform better than my baskets! So, purchasing these baskets is not only a waste of money, it triples the cost of running the pump! Use your baskets!

This product does not work and they only have a 15 days return window.

Junk. Does not work. Have spoken to others who experienced the same. Not worth returning as they want you to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. It was picked up in trash weeks ago.

Skim a round did not work as advertised. I sent a video to skimaround and they sent me a rma number. I returned product 2 days after getting it and have not gotten a refund and can't get in touch with company. I'm going to get class action law suit started since there are thousands of customers that has same experience as me.

If I could give it a zero rating I would. No way to contact the company directly. I bought it on facebook and don't have my order number to even try to return it. Don't buy it!

I have read all the reviews and here is my experience. I have a 67000 gallon pool that is 50' x 30' and 10' deep. 2 1/2 hp pump, a sand filter and a Polaris on a booster pump. The original Skim-A-Round lasted 4 years and I recently replaced them with the new pro model. I have an 80 plus year old oak tree next to the pool and it does drop quite a bit of stuff in the pool. The originals did a good job, the pros are amazing. I do have a couple of lead fishing weights wired into the bottom of the basket to keep it seated overnight when the pump is off. Other than that I give them 5 stars all the way!

Is there a negative star!!!! Do not waste your money. Arrived today. Tried it out 2 times today. 3 adults verified together correctly. Does not work as they advertised. Sent them I want to return it the same day email. We will see what happens.

I was hesitant based on the mixed reviews so i bought one just to try it out. My in-ground pool skimmers were not doing a good job a pulling the debri from the top of the water so wanted to try this out. Once i installed it i could see the funnel/vortex in the water which created greater force to pull in the top of the water which is exactly what i needed to pull the light debri (dust, insect wings) that would just sit on top of the water into the filter. Just ordered a second one for my second skimmer. I got the all-in-one (non-pro) version and it works great, it comes with multiple rings to best fit your round skimmer to create that"seal" - i would recommend.

Watched ads on Instagram for ages about this product and finally pulled the trigger and ordered. I feel,like I was scammed. It simply doesn’t work as advertised. Wouldn’t trust this company for other products since the adverts for this are so deceptive.

The All-in-One Skim-A-Round in-ground pool skimmer basket we bought was easy to install. I cannot visually detect the advertised Bernoulli Effect occuring, possibly because of my present high water level. I can feel it though when I put my hand down into the basket.
UPDATE: I lowered the water level and installed one of the larger 'rings', and that worked to have the Bernoulli Effect occur.

Do not buy. This piece of junk is not worth it. It’s not worth the cost to send it back.

Don't bother! It's overpriced and does not work any better than other baskets! Not only that, but they have a RIDICULOUS return policy. You have to return it within 72 hours, fully cleaned like new, and you have to pay the postage. If they're not satisfied with how it was returned, you will not get a refund AND YOU have to pay to have it returned to you. I believe they're crooks just trying to make money on false advertisement of their cheap plastic products.
