So I bought one dress from SF on May 3rd with customized stitching, as because of lockdown, no tailor was available. I really wanted to get this dress before Eid, i.e.,May 14th, but knew at the same time that it's impossible. And guess what, I got my dress fully stitched on 9th May! Just can't believe how fast they processed my dress...And stitching was on point. Exact measurements which I had given. No more no less....trust me...it's the best online site for shopping and you get the dress exactly as shown in the picture...I ordered my dress after watching one haul review, but my sister ordered one dress who's review was not done yet, but still the quality and the dress was exactly as given in the picture and description....one should definitely try this site....just worth it!!!

This is the 1st time i hv ordered from SF..i was nt sure abt online shopping as you see frauds everywhere...i saw many hauls on SF and did some purchase Hoping for best to deliver..as i received my order today.. really happy looking at the dresss n the price i bought it for.. really worth the money n very easy to purchase.. This is really a good applications for ethnic dresses! But one thing I need to say about this application is that they are giving exactly the same stuffs we have buy from them! They are really amazing and their customer service is also good! I have borrowed one lehenga choli of (Sara Ali Khan) and they have given me the exact product with everything is the need! And, also I even satisfied with the product and even the product is delivered within 7 days! That's their customer service amazing! You guys really did your job well! We will shop again for sure! 👍

Such a horrible experience with the shopping. It is one way shopping gate. Once you shop and there is some issue, they will never address your problem neither will agree to it even though you agree to deduct the amount what they ask for. Worst customer service experience. Do not trust on any vlog for purchasing from this place. I regret on my purchase.

I ordered from Siya 22nd of jan and Feb 5th they advised the item was out of stock but only once I got in touch with them. They offered a refund.
It didn’t come through.
Countless emails, whats app messages and messages through their website and still no sign of it and no communication from them.
As a last resort I contacted my bank on 5th March to raise a dispute. Only then did they refund telling me it was issued 7 days ago.
I do not trust this company and won’t be buying from them again. Customer service is very poor.

I just received the dress today. First time ordered from this site. The shipping was really fast, 19 days. Very pretty, satisfied with my purchase. It is slightly large on the hip but I prefer it like this instead of small. Thanks a lot. The quality of material and stitching are wonderful and trustworthy seller. Always free to respond to message on WhatsApp. Will order more on this site

If there was a possibility to gave zero stars I would! They are scammers! The sizes are so awful that you cannot even fit in it! If you ask for help, they will blame you instead of helping. I asked them to buy dupattas for me apart, I agree that it was nice of them to buy it but I would be better off without it! They bought the most ugliest and cheapest dupattas there could be! And I have sent extra money over 3,5k for shipping costs and I have yet received a bill of shipping costs! That’s ridiculous, they are the biggest scam! If you ask for a refund because none of the suits fit they will refuse and don’t even want to try to help or be sorry. They choose the easy way> blaming it on you
The customer help service is awful! She doesn’t reply or she replies very late with the same message! They don’t help you etc
Dont buy anything from this site! You will regret it and there is no kind of refund you will get! You will loose all your money on trash! I’m soo furious but there is nothing I can do about it except warning you

Ordered from Malaysia. I got my order in less than 2 weeks. First time purchasing from this site, so was pleasantly surprised, especially with international delivery.

The quality of the clothes were very good especially given the price, I am very happy with the items. The design, fabric and stitching are great.

Packaging of the individual items are great, they individually came in zipped bags.

The package overall could be better as it was just a plastic courier bag, given the international shipping, the outside of the bag was damaged. This did not ruin the items inside.

They have amazing customer service and good designs!!! I got myself about 10 sarees along with stitching... I loved all of them!!
