From the moment i walked into the store to the final moment of delivery, i was pleased with the customer service rep and the delivery team! Would highly recommend their team from floor to drivers! Pleased with the experience and purchase.

The guys delivering were fast and efficient and very accommodating when we asked them to lower the mattress a little bit. They removed our old mattress and all the packaging material for new bed. They were great and very nice. Very hard workers.

I asked got a standard pillow protector for me and a king size pillow cover for my husband. I received two king size pillow protectors and there’s no way I can use the large protector because my pillow cases perfectly fit my pillow. Also, I know you don’t care, but we found that we can’t get into the bed because the 5” box spring puts the top of the mattress too high to get into bed without using a stool. Not a safe thing for people our age.

The gentlemen who delivered our mattress were courteous and efficient. They gave me time to vacuum under the frame before the new mattress was placed. This is our second mattress from Sit 'n Sleep, and we've been happy with our experience both times. The real test will be tonight when we sleep on it!

Purchased a mattress and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be delivered. I was able to track their stops via link before they arrived so I didn’t have to sit and wait for hours. Very easy transaction.

From the purchase to the delivery of our mattress was great! The delivery team was in and out within 30 minutes. We bought the BedGear, because I like a soft mattress, and my husband likes a firmer mattress. So far just resting on it ~ it feels like sinking into a cloud:) I can’t wait to go to bed tonight!

I was dreading looking for a new mattress, until I walked into Sit n Sleep Palmdale Ca and met Matthew the manager. He was so helpful. He did not push me in any direction but was full of information I needed to narrow down my choices. Brought husband back with me and Matthew was again the best part of shopping for a mattress. The delivery went without a hitch. Alan was friendly and so helpful. He made sure everything was perfect and that I was satisfied before he left.

We have bought from Sit & Sleep for years, even my adult kids. We appreciate the selections and each time we buy a Stern & Foster, but it's great to have options. The service in keeping us informed is outstanding, we appreciate the delivery, the service in keeping us informed and the gentleman who set up and removed all trash and took away our old bed and platforms. 10 ⭐'s
