Sitebox Ltd Recenzje

Having shopped around found Sitebox to be the best deal especially free delivery. On arrival bike lift container had a hole in the side the delivery driver noted this and took a picture. Bolts and nuts were missing which sitebox supplied. Delivery driver was most helpful.

Item as described. Great delivery service and kept informed.

Perfect service

Just moved to a new house and needed to move a drain and manhole. Found this site and the prices are amazing compared to other retailers. Free delivery on bigger orders so not so cheap if you just need one or two fittings. Quick delivery places the order Friday evening so wasn't processed until Monday and the items were delivered on Wednesday. Well packaged and everything there. Will definitely use again if needed.

Great service delivered next day

Easy order process and quick delivery of good product.

The saw is the dogs bollocks it’s better than the old model by a country mile

Great service, arrived next day

Easy to order online with next working day delivery. Items came undamaged and on time. Would use again.

Bought a large, heavy motorcycle lift at a good price. It was delivered in pristine condition the next day, to North Yorkshire, at no extra cost. The delivery driver was superb: thoughtful, friendly, helpful and accommodating. My first experience of Sitebox but it won’t be the last.

Very quick delivery , great product

I had the wrong item delivered and My item went to someone else so the delivery was not on time and I was waiting for it for work

As expected, as delivered. Excellent.

I had a great experience ordering from Sitebox. If you are needing spare parts and you’re unable to find the exact part online, I would definitely recommend that you email their customer service team like I did! I was over the moon to find out that they actually had the stock in the warehouse, even though online didn’t not stock it.

My experience exceptional from customer service agent Charlie Day, Who gave me the Ultimate Customer service experience! Being a young girl that doesn’t know a lot about trade or parts, He was just a true professional from the very start answered all my queries and questions, with my flood of emails hahaha. We even run into an issue when I was ready to place the order and the system kept removing one of the items that I was purchasing, (system glitch, due to it being out of stock on the website) But Charlie ensured that although it would not be on my invoice, he would make sure that the warehouse put that product in my order, so paid the full amount for all products through the secured link sent and Charlie made sure he followed up with an email confirming all the my items to give me some reassurance.

although being wary, when the order came ofcourse, everything was there just as he had promised.
Sitebox should be really Proud of their staff. as I am not an easy person when it comes to trusting what someone says when spending money on goods, having over 16 years in customer service myself, but Charlie was able to reassure me, and Fulfil whatever he said he would, which made me comfortable to do the order. The parts are exactly what I hope they would be and I finally have a new hose for my air-conditioning unit!! and with this UK Heat! I am over the moon. Thanks Sitebox and Charlie Day!

Order and goods came on time. Pleased with the quality.

Good product, reasonable price, quick delivery and easy to order. The only downside was the lack of quality control check as there was a bead of weld in the bolt hole for connecting the top part of the handle to the bottom part. This proved very hard to clear, but after about 20 - 30 minutes I finally managed to clear enough to get the bolt through. So downrated 1 star. Apart from that it is a very handy piece of kit and something I have been wanting for a while. Glad I found it.

My communications with Sitebox were handled promptly and effectively; the sales team were responded to my queries with professionalism and civility. Sitebox prices seem very competitive - the ordering process was well structured and my order was delivered speedily and on time.

Good communication on order status Was delivered as promised all at a very competitive price.

very fast response and delivery
also you don't have 25mm staples and I'm waiting for refund
