Absolutely the worst experience ever
Absolutely the worst experience ever. The partner, admin, associate - no one bothers to respond or be proactive. You just keep calling and emailing them (this is after the mortgage process has started).
Highly recommend to STAY AWAY.

Too many follow ups needed
Too many follow ups needed. Final rates are not clear until the very end. Although I initiated the process innNovember, it took until February to close. I believe the rates were better in November which I missed due to the delay.

It wasn't the great experience. Extremely less response by Loan officer. If I message him on Monday and he replies on next Monday. Not good.

Overall the experience was Fine
Overall the experience was okay and could have been better with being more transparent on the process and rates. We have instances of information not being shared clearly related to closing process, rate lock and needed multiple followups with the Loan officer. Closing and funding was done on time without any delay from the Lender.
