I ordered a sissel soft deluxe orthopaedic pillow.
I have used it for a few weeks now and have found it extremely uncomfortable and very hard...certainly NOT soft.
I spoke with Customer services and was told that I should try it without the pillow cover which comes with it, as the cover is restrictive.
I have paid extra for this pillow partly because of the pillow cover.
I have also been told that I cannot return it even though the pillow is not as described.

So now I have a pillow which is not as described and I cannot use the cover that I paid for with it.

Certainly not the service or product I was expecting from Sissel

Very quick delivery. There was a problem with the order, the first ever problem that I have had over the course of several orders. I was impressed with how proactive this company was in resolving the issue and how they seemed genuinely eager to sort it out. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for good quality equipment.

I have bought my second cushion because I was having pain in my left hip when driving my car on long journeys without, my original is on my usual seat at home.

I have used a Sissell cushion for years as a bus driver, I could do a five hour driving shift, exit the vehicle, and touch my toes with no pain.

Indeed, I found the 37cm cushion so marvellous that when a colleague complained of acute sciatica, with no promises, I suggested he try a cushion, and it cured his problem - hard to believe, but true - try one yourself 👍

Excellent pillow which improved my neck pain from night 1.
Great value for money compared to the memory foam pillows and in my opinion, more supportive and cooler.
Delivered on time and very well packaged. Quality all round.

I am very happy with the sissel classic pillow, it has transformed my sleep.

Excellent product and keenly priced - seemed cheaper than the dissenters. Prompt delivery too. Pity that there was no warning that the product is delivered under-inflated, so I had to hunt around for a pump adaptor.

This was recommended by my chiropractor to help my back. Does what it says. Delivery time was good but delivery cost was very expensive.
