Made a booking online and wanted to attend their croydon branch, realised the booking was in Leytonstonne. Tried to call, their number never goes through, they don't respond to emails, messaged on Instagram, only to be blocked and now they're temporarily closed and I've lost my money!! Very shatty service even before receiving any service.

I booked this place for a manicure and pedicure a few days in advance. Today in the morning I received a reminder for my 2 appointments so everything looked good. When I arrived, there was a man doing nails for some women and another woman waiting for her turn. I mentioned I had an appointment at 4.15 pm and sat to wait. The man didn't say anything but a woman who was a client turned around to me and said there is a wait because he needs to finish her nails and then her daughters. I asked what time her booking was and she said 12.15 pm??? So I asked if the delay is 4 hours and she just made a silly face. The man who worked there didn't even try to communicate with me until I asked him directly about this. He said his colleague called in sick and he is alone. I understand that but where is the manager or owner of this place to let people know or cancel appointments? I have my hen do tomorrow and now I'm trying to find a new appointment. Thanks for ruining my day. I will make sure I will never book with you again and will share this feedback where possible.

I had an amazing experience at Sipsnailbar as a man i think it is important to get your nails done for hygiene purposes and i must say it was done extremely well. They also have an amazing cocktails menu so good to the point I almost left the shop tipsy Lool. Great experience I would recommend both women and men to go to this place.

Avoid this salon.
My gel nails started to peel after 10 days.
I called the owner, sent photos to him.
He offered to re do them for free.
I told him that I am away for work and that I couldn't visit for 2 weeks.
I asked for a refund and he told me that it wasn't their policy.
I am. now with nails that look terrible and £30 out of pocket.

Customer service was perfect from the moment I stepped through the door. The staff were helpful, polite and friendly which made me feel right at home! The cocktails; OMG the cocktails are to dieeee for!! I’ll definitely be coming back! Best nail spa experience ever!

I’m always pleased with the service I get when I walk into Sips, would recommend everyone to get down here if they are ever considering. Oh they also serve lovely drinks😛

I went to Sips to get a full set and pedicure. I was amazed at the design the Ann & Kev were able to do on my nails. I love the shop design, I took really cute photos! Absolutely love my nails and my pedicure. You must try ‘Nail It’ best drink ever. Nunu is a superb bar man. All the staff made me feel really comfortable and it’s totally COVID-19 compliant. I highly recommend Sips!

I attended this beautiful new nail salon with my other half, the service is incredible from the moment we arrived until we left. The decor is incredible. Cocktails are also so delicious & can be made to your particular taste. Will definitely be back!
