Absolutely atrocious. They are supposed to handle our UK and German that filings but we keep getting notices of late filings and then they do not respond to any emails

SCAM COMPANY, STAY AWAY!!! This is the worst company to work with. Singularity GmbH is doing my Amazon Pan Euro VAT return. My Germany VAT return didn't submitted for few months and my Amazon account got blocked by the Germany tax service. I have contact Singularity for 40 days everydays they stopped responding once we received notices from the german tax office. I have changed to a other VAT service already.

Despite clearly sending them funds to submit on our behalf, they did not send the money, they didn't respond. I contacted several past contacts withing the organization as well as their general filing and customer service and not one person bothered to respond.

Scam company, takes your money and doesn't do the work.
This company is a scam, they just sign as many clients as possible and take the money and then dont even submit your returns.

We moved our services to a different provider 6 months ago due to Singularity's persistent lack of attention and brutal price hikes. To our shock, we recently received a request for documentation for the 2024 VAT Annual Return, revealing they hadn't even started it, inexplicably squeezing the legal deadlines to the very last minute.

Since then, we have been trapped in an automated loop. We have sent the required files (AVTR reports, etc.) multiple times via email and cloud links, yet their bot keeps claiming they are missing. There is ZERO human support. Even more alarming, emails sent to their Director (Marko Kaiser) return a '550 Access Denied' error.

They have ghosted us while our business compliance is at risk. As others have said, choosing Singularity is playing Russian roulette. They are informal, technically incompetent, and dangerously slow. Stay away if you value your company's standing with the Tax Office (Finanzamt).

Would give zero stars if I could, Paid for a service 11 months ago and no work appears to have been done and can't get anyone to communicate with me or let me know what is happening. I am now getting fines because they have not submitted returns. Avoid, avoid, avoid

The single worse service based business i have ever dealt with.

Occasionally you think there is a glimmer of hope when you get a reply from a real person but it all falls apart in the next email when you're back to no answer.

Plusieurs déclarations de TVA ont été déposées en retard et au moins une déclaration obligatoire n’a jamais été déposée. La communication a été quasi inexistante malgré de nombreuses demandes.
Des mises en demeure ont dû être adressées à leur assurance professionnelle ainsi qu’à l’ordre professionnel allemand.
J’ai été contraint de mandater en urgence un autre prestataire afin d’assurer ma conformité fiscale et d’éviter des pénalités supplémentaires.
Cette expérience soulève de sérieuses inquiétudes quant à la fiabilité d’un cabinet chargé d’obligations fiscales critiques.

Death and taxes, work with singularity and you'll be praying for the sweet embrace of death soon enough. Astonishingly they make tax even more painful than it already is. Zero instructions. Zero customer support. Baffling emails that request you do their job for them. You'll be wanting to gouge your own eyes out soon enough.

Worst company you will ever deal with!!

I've never had the displeasure of dealing with such a terrible company before. They don't do the filings, they don't respond to emails, and good luck trying to call them.

On top of that after 1 year with them they have 4x the price of the woeful service they provide.

Hired them to file Irish VAT a year ago. In 1 year they have not filed anything. Total incompetence.
I am unable to get in touch with them. They never reply to queries or support tickets.
As you know not declaring and paying your VAT is a serious offense so this company is getting me into a lot of trouble.
I never worked with such a company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 100% money wasted.

Best Avoid! After making a payment for deregistration service I sent so many emails to ask the update. Month and Months of unanswered emails. I even left numerous phone call messages! Absolutely terrible. I cant believe they are on amazon preferred list

We are a client of Singularity and unfortunately very dissatisfied with the current service.

Most processes appear to be fully automated, with no clear human oversight. The automatically generated VAT returns are inaccurate and cannot be adjusted, which is a serious concern for our business. Despite following Singularity’s own instructions to reply to their emails with our questions and requests for corrections, we have received no response whatsoever.

There is no assigned contact person or clear support channel, the helpdesk phone is not even being answered, making it impossible to resolve these issues. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating and does not meet the expectations of a professional financial service provider.

We feel like we are being scammed.

Avoid this company at all costs. I paid Singularity €550 in October 2025 for Irish VAT registration.

Ghosting: After taking my money and documents, they ignored my emails for over 7 weeks.

The Lie: When I finally threatened legal action in December, they replied claiming my application had "already been submitted" to the Irish tax office and blamed delays on the system.

The Proof: I contacted the Irish Revenue Commissioners directly to check. They confirmed in writing on Dec 31st that NO application exists for my company.

Singularity didn't just fail to do the job; they lied to me claiming the work was done to try and keep my money. This is not just poor service; it is deceptive conduct. I have revoked their authority and am now filing a police report for contract fraud (Warenbetrug) and a complaint with the Steuerberaterkammer.

Do not trust them with your tax compliance.
