Very good parts department, fast delivery can’t fault them

Had to go in adhoc as vehicle developed an issue Sami dealt with me straight away and the vehicle was back to me the next day fantastic service

I visited jaguar cardiff after previously talking to Caitlin who was extremely helpful and put me through to parts in order to give me the best advice for removing the locking wheel nuts on the Jag. The key was missing in the car hence the need for advice. As a result I was kindly offered to call at jaguar cardiff where they had a key set and could check if one the keys would fit and they would remove the originals free of charge and put a new set on supplied by me. I attended the dealership where I met Caitlin who was a charming and helpful as she was on the phone and she immediately got Amaad to do the removal and replacement. I have had some amazing cars over the years with prestige cars and the service has been good however today I am taken away by the wonderful help I received.

Parts department very helpful and great service

After numerous attempts to email, I decided to phone Sinclair Group in Hadfield rd Cardiff. I was trying to get my cars info system converted to myself as it was locked on the previous owner. The help I got was 1st class, I was instantly put through to the correct person by the receptionist and pleased to say that Bronwyn was excellent and carried out the task straight away. A big thank you to both Bronwyn and Sinclair for a fast excellent service.

I visited Sinclair Land Rover & Jaguar today for a security update on my car and brought my dad along — wow, what an amazing experience we had! From start to finish, the team really looked after us.
I work in a customer-facing role myself, and this was possibly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
A special mention to Stephanie, who kept the coffees flowing and was the perfect host throughout. Tom was incredibly informative when discussing new car options — professional, genuine, and never pushy, just a natural and engaging conversation. Also, a big thank you to the lovely lady with blonde hair who handled my security update so efficiently (sorry I didn’t catch your name!).
The showroom was immaculate, fresh, and welcoming — it even smelt new and clean! Every colleague we met was friendly, smiling, and clearly proud of where they work.

I humbly went to Sinclair Cardiff, as my Range Rover main ignition key and lock key’s battery was runing low. As I am getting on a bit I did not want to be stranded. I went to Sinclair’s parts dept. Talk about cold reception nobody took no notice of until this dour tattoo coverd scruffy man came to me. He was surly rude and spoke in mono sylabic, I showed my key he made an insulting remark about the age of my car and disappeared to the back, came back in a few seconds smilling spitfully saying tjat my key was a copy. I asked dif he change the battery he replied nastily that they only deal with Land Rover parts. I later found out that the rane rover battery was excactly the same as mine. They did not even look at my key. Having owned a car for 60 years tgis is the worst and rudest service I have ever recieved. Stay clear!

If I would like to book it in with the work shop
They would look at it for me not only that when I said when I looked in the boot there was no spear wheel or a tyre compressor in the boot and was told that it’s classed as a xtra I was in a bit of shock as the car I put in to Jaguar Cardiff had a full service which cost me over 800 pound pluse had a tyre pump plus new front brakes so I’m very disappointed

As it was my first visit to Sinclair Land Rover, Cardiff I didn’t know what to expect. On arrival I was immediately impressed with open spaces in the showroom and the easy relaxed atmosphere. I was greeted by a gentleman at reception and I explained what the purpose of my visit was. He went off to find another gentleman and I the meantime a delightful young lady showed me to a seat in the cafeteria. I was offered a cup of coffee which I accepted. After a short while I was joined by another gentleman, whose name escapes me, and he took my documentation to update the paperwork for my Land Rover Discovery Sports. The whole process did not take long at all and was handled extremely efficiently. I then needed to order some parts and the gentleman accompanied me to that department where, again, I was dealt with quickly, efficiently and satisfactorily. Overall I liked this dealership, the building is brilliant and the people very very polite.
