Service while buying the car was excellent, right up to collection. However since then has been appalling. Calls have not been returned as promised, constantly having to chase to speak to someone and then given the incorrect information when I do speak to someone. Important piece of equipment was missing from the car when collected, and I am still waiting for it to be supplied. I have been advised by others who have used Sinclairs other branches that the service while purchasing a vehicle is excellent, but don’t expect any after sales care as they are not interested once you’ve purchased and sadly this has also been my experience.
