The 8 kg of lead wts were poorly packed in…
The 8 kg of lead wts were poorly packed in a cardboard box that arrived broken open. The courier apologised as wts were just placed in a standard cardboard box WITHOUT any packing. So it's hardly surprising the wts wrecked the cardboard. If they had even been wrapped in news paper they would not have broken the box. Luckily all 4 wts were still in side. Considering I paid 98 quid for the things a bit of news paper would not have gone amiss!!

Bought a mask from this company and it kept fogging up, was told because I had tried the toothpaste affect I had affected the warranty.
Just returned from another diving holiday and still fogging up! I have dived in cold and warm water and still fogs up so nothing to do with the environment that I dive in!
I won't buy anything else from this company as they are only interested in taking your money and don't care about its customers

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of this issue. I can confirm that we have passed this information over to the brand for inspection. For some clarity on why this was rejected, I have posted their reply below:
A mask fogging is to do with environment and not a manufacturing or warranty issue. Condensation will form when the air inside the mask is warmer than the water outside with all manufacturers, some masks are advertised as anti-fog using a coating on the lens but the one vision doesn’t make this claim. For future reference most manufacturers no longer recommend the use of toothpaste. Toothpaste is a mild abrasive which was used in the past to remove protective films and coatings which were applied to avoid damage to the lens during manufacture. Most manufacturing techniques no longer use these coatings so toothpaste would give no advantage and could lead to reduced clarity of the lens with prolonged use. Manufacturers have never recommended the use of lighters due to the obvious risks this could pose. This would certainly invalidate any warranty on any product. Spit, Johnsons baby shampoo or anti fog solution are the best options to help prevent fogging but can’t guarantee any results on a mask which has singed.
