Don't use their return service
Returned an item on the 20th October, received confirmation it had arrived on 25th October. Still no refund more than a month later. I contacted customer services who said I'd posted it to the wrong address. Clearly impossible as the returns process only allows you to send things back to Simply Scuba, you don't ever have the option to change address.

Putting together a snorkel kit for my upcoming holiday and it all came together with Simply Scuba. All the items ordered were delivered in a timely manner, well packaged, with no problems. 10/10. I would certainly recommend them to anyone doing the same.

Probably the fastest delivery ever…
Probably the fastest delivery I've ever had when buying something online. Ordered at 20:25 and it was at home next morning at 9:30 in front of my door. Excited to have found a place to order stuff for my diving gear! Will definitely use again.
