Simplyloft Recenzje

Simply were great! The project came in within budget and on time. The team who worked on our project were amazing with a special thanks to Loren who did an amazing job organising the team and communicating with me during every step. The architect was hands-on and always happy to take a call and discuss any details. I would highly recommend Simply if you want the job done, with minimal stress. Very happy with our loft conversion.

We wanted to do a loft extension project and we reached out to simply. Cem was the surveyor we dealt with at the start and he was very helpful. The design phase went very smoothly. We had a very tight schedule to start the work and thankfully Albi at Albes Construction was very flexible with regards to the start time. We are very happy with the end result and the loft has definitely been done to a high standard

Simply did our loft conversion for us and provided an end-to-end service from design, planning support and build. The contractors were great and we are over the moon with the results. We are now using them for another project for my parents home!

We used Simply for a loft conversion last year and overall had a great experience. We were really happy with the project management team and the work they have done.

was completed as planned, definitely recommended.

We engaged Simply for a loft conversion. From start to end we received excellent service and attention. The initial scoping brought some ideas and possibilities we had not considered, which improved the plan. The actual build team were excellent too - engaged, collaborative, practical. They also made suggestions along the way which demonstrated their experience and skills, which we really appreciated. The project manager was responsive and communicative. It was a really positive experience which has delivered a space, I think, better than we had hoped.

We approached a number of companies to construct a piggy back loft extension to our Victorian villa. We chose Simply as they impressed us with their prompt response, their well thought out proposal and their online admin portal which everyone involved could access and keep abreast of the project. Their mid-range price was fair and reasonable.

When it came to the build which comprised a bedroom, bathroom, office space and storage. Envi and his team were excellent. Extremely hard working, polite and efficient. We appreciated their practical solutions to day to day issues, the sequence of works and building regulations. We also very much appreciated their helpful suggestions regarding layout and positioning of certain fixtures which resulted in an improved end result.

It was a pleasure to deal with them.

We hired Simply to do a loft conversion. They really equip you with everything you need throughout a well defined process. The dashboard system is excellent and easy to use. We were very fortunate to have some excellent builders; Florjan Lulashi and team were really superb: professional, proactive, supportive, timely, and courteous. Florjan went out of his way to help us at every critical step with key decisions as well as additional things to consider as we progressed. We'd heard horror stories around building works but we had the opposite experience overall.

Massive shout to Florjan and his brother Freddie, who built us a splendid roomy extension to our recently purchased terraced house on Rostella Road in Tooting.
Florjans team were polite, on time, and above all efficient.
We also added a bunch of extras outside the contract with Simplyloft, being a brand new Skylight, Wooden Flooring, and Spacious storage space underneath the eaves.

All extras were costed with the client before any go ahead, so there wasn`t any surprises on the financial front. All around great job by Florjan and his team of builders who didn`t miss a beat on the timelines in progressing the build to its completion.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Florjan and his team to anyone who wants a loft extension done.

We've recently completed a loft conversion and we couldn't be happier. We decided to contract with Simply Loft after getting competitive bids from three companies. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but we felt from the beginning that they were competent and well organised. They set up an online portal to keep documents and track progress which was very helpful. They organise the architect (for drawings/planning permission), a structural engineer and the construction team who do everything else. We feel very fortunate in the construction team that we were assigned, as we knew from the very first meeting that we were in good hands. It's not easy to have people coming to your home nearly every day for several months, but this team was so respectful and considerate of the fact that we lived in our home from beginning to end. The communication with the team was excellent - we consulted as needed on decision points in the project, and we always felt that they understood our priorities, and presented great ideas when we were out of our depth. They never lost sight of what they needed to do to ensure we would have no issues with Building Control. They also never lost sight of the fact that we would have a ten year warranty, so they constructed things in a way that made us feel comfortable that we shouldn't have to call them back to fix things. The attention to detail was impressive, and it shows in the end result. It genuinely felt like the outcome mattered as much to them as it did to us. We are absolutely delighted with our new space, and recommend Simply and our contruction team without reservation.

We were very lucky to work with Armando Metaj. This was the first project of this type that we have done and Armando and his team were really a pleasure to work with. When they finished we genuinely missed having them around. They were considerate of our young family and the communication was good, we had a chat going on Whatsapp too which was helpful. I had a tonne of questions all the way through and we were always able to go through them and was happy with the outcome.

In terms of the project it was a loft and side return, the quality seems to be good so far - hope not to have to use the Simply warranty. We had relatively little snagging and we were able to keep to budget.

Albes construction have created the most wonderful loft extension on our Victorian terraced house. We are delighted with the quality of work Nick and Albi alongside their team were able to achieve. They communicated clearly with us throughout the build process and were accommodating of our specific requests throughout the project. We would highly recommend their building services.

We are delighted with our recent loft conversion by Armando and his team.
They completed the job much quicker than expected and worked really hard throughout.
They arrived early every day and were quick to reply to any queries we had.

We were looking for a national loft builder with a great reputation, and so we found Simply Loft. We booked the Engineer to assess, view, and price the conversion which was easy enough and all our concerns were answered. Soon enough, the deposit was paid and Simply assigned the Architect, Surveyor, and the construction team that was run by Elvis. From start to finish, the Simply online dashboard was brilliant and very easy to use. Everything in one place including any variation orders. The builders were very professional and respectful throughout the build and I would highly recommend them. We are very pleased with our new loft conversion and would highly recommend Simply Loft as a complete turnkey loft company.

We have just completed a loft conversion and extension to gain an extra bedroom, shower room and office. This involved lowering the ceilings on the first floor. The project went very smoothly, was kept to time and to budget and we are totally delighted with the results.

We used Simply for a loft conversion / extension with 2 new bedrooms and a bathroom. We were very happy with the outcome and support throughout the process.

We are delighted with our loft conversion - additional bedroom, bathroom and roof terrace.

Armando, Ibrahim and his team were brilliant. Great craftsmanship and customer service throughout. They provided good advice on options as the project advanced and were helpful in settling final snags so we were fully satisfied with the final outcome.
We were able to stay in the house throughout the works.

We would not hesitate in recommending SIMPLY and Armando, Ibrahim and his team.

We had a great experience of working with Simply from the initial visit through to completion. We were able to make a number of bespoke design choices which made a real difference. We were concerned about disruption as we have a toddler and pets but they were largely unaffected by the whole process. Everything was very professional, we would recommend.

Having our loft done was a project we had been planning for years before we finally decided to action on in 2022. After hearing horror stories about issues with builders, we decided that we could only work with a proper loft company. We chose Simply Loft after taking quotes from several other companies. The person Simply Loft sent to do the initial review was Lewis and he spent time with us to chat through what we wanted out of the loft and gave us some valuable advice on the layout. We had many questions, all of which he took time to answer in the weeks following the initial meeting.

We had issues with the first architect but Simply quickly took over and rectified the situation by sending another architect who was brilliant although this did delay our start date by a couple of months. However, when the work commenced, the majority of the day-to-day communication was with our sub-contractor team and we didn’t need to liaise with the in house team at Simply although the customer service team was always good at ringing to check on progress from time to time.

The work the sub-contractor team carried out was of a high standard; the team of builders, plumbers, electricians, roofers, plasterer, painter, tiler and carpenter were all courteous, on time and worked really hard. Having building works of this scale happening while we were living on site was stressful but everyone we met were considerate and kept the mess to a minimum and always tidied up at the end of the day.

Towards the end of the project, there were some hiccups with the sub-contractor and Simply took over. The customer service team Lorraine and Holly were extremely helpful, supportive and reassuring. They organised various different teams, both internal and external, to tackle the various different issues on the snagging list. We are so glad we picked Simply and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very well organised and loft was built on time. We had a bit of delay with getting the planning through, but in the end it all worked out fine and we're really happy with an amazing loft space we now have. Very accommodating for any requirements we had.
