Seeking Clarification hence no star rating
The Bruntsfield office persuaded me to have installed for FREE (?) Avast. I have not been happy with my computer since the service in July 2023.
Has anyone else had a problem following a service? Do they leave trackers on after the service? I appear to have tracking left on!
I understood that they were very good and at this stage I will not comment further but they appeared overseen for me to install Avast. Thank you.

I have used this company for many years for all my computing related needs. They always act quickly and when a defect is found they make suggestions to fix the fault at the same time indicating the likely cost of the repair.

Replaced the screen on MacBook Air M1
Had a crack on the bezel in the lower corner of my MacBook Air M1, and the screen stopped responding completely. SimplyFixIt ordered a new screen, and replaced it (within a few hours) for a fraction of the price that I would've paid in Apple. So far, everything works perfectly fine. Great service!

Paid £400 to solve an issue with my laptop, the issue kept arising after it was “fixed” and led to them asking for more money to find what was causing the issue, have given up with them.
