A helping hand through the complexities of changing Broadband, Calls and TV is an invaluable service and the end result should be financially worthwhile. Kirsty provided that helping hand and the confidence to actually make the change - so thank you Kirsty.

Simple and so easy

No problems at all and my chat with Romie was pleasant, she was courteous, polite and attentive and helped me to get a good saving on my Broadband and Phone package.

Would have rated it zero starts.
I did not want to sign up for talktalk having had issues with them over the years but i was reassured they had changed. Signed up. 3 months down the line i am still having difficulties cancelling (although i was told this would be easy). each time i was on the phone for almost an hour.

Simplifydigital cold called me and kept on talking after I said no and went to end the call (I then told the caller to shut up) and if they called me again i would report them to the ombudsman. I have blocked their phone number. I do not accept cold calls and I do not like the hard sell and if I wanted to change my internet provider I would do so without some moron phoning me

DO NOT USE. If there was a 0 star option I would of chosen that .. took £10 off me for installation fee only to find out after speaking to virgin that they do not cover my area !! Tried to get my £10 back which they will not give me and luckily I cancelled my card as after speaking to the bank they told me that they had tried to take and extra payment of £50 whilst I was on the phone to the bank !! Very chirpy happy ppl on the phone smiling whilst they are scamming !! DO NOT USE !!

The assistant Judy at the Sky call centre was very efficient and helpful but friendly as well. All in all an excellent service

Rubbish took a £10 admin fee then sky cancelled order spoke to simplify digitally they was not bothered,should have gone direct,what a rip off

When i phoned Sky to enquire about taking them on as phone and broadband suppliers, I had a very pleasant experience. The young man seemed very knowledgeable about his job, which he carried out efficiently and in a friendly but not too familiar manner. i have no complaints and only praise for the way business was conducted..

Customer advisor was very nice, but set me up with SKY fibre broadband which wasn't even available in my area. Surely that is the whole point of this service?? (The online search I did with my postcode actually showed many providers and these options all vanished when I made the call - SKY were the only ones available - except they weren't)

This resulted in a lot of wasted time and effort, not to mention the fact that I had to chase up a refund from SKY for £55.

Their agent contacted me to switch my account from TalkTalk to Sky as it would be cheaper and promised me I could keep my tel no, which when Sky wrote to me did not happen, so now I have a new landline, which I'm fuming about. He then said he would close my Talktalk account which after phoning them myself almost a month later has not happened. I had to close it myself, which means I will get charged over £28 by Talktalk as well paying an initial £15 to Sky and now my bill by them has come in at another £25 and its supposed to be £18.99. Plus another hidden charge of paying £10 for sending me the router. I'm absolutely disgusted by Simplifydigital who promised me an easy switch over where I wouldn't have to do anything myself and most of all the only extra cost would the one off charge from Sky for £15. I'm absolutely disgusted for being completely out of pocket and on a different landline number, DO NOT USE.

JAke rang me by chance this afternoon and I was actually looking at my elderly Aunts horrendous package from another supplier. He talked me through the whole thing and we picked a package perfect for her. Easy and simple with pleasant knowledgable staff. Just what was needed,

I will be renting for the first time and didn't know much about connecting internet to my new place. My details were passed on to Simplifydigital by Virgin Media Partners. Robin was very pushy, claiming that only two broadband providers (TalkTalk and Sky) were available in my area and that I had to act today to take advantage of the offer. In my ignorance and naivety I signed up for a Sky package.

However, after looking at Sky's packages online, I found a much better deal on their website. Furthermore, I found that other broadband providers were in fact available for the property, so I'm not sure why this was misrepresented other than for Simplifydigital to make a sale. Finally, after checking my details, I found that I had been signed up to Sky with an incorrect address and activation date, despite correcting the incorrect address twice over the phone! This resulted in wasting yet another hour on the phone to Sky to explain the mix up, cancel my broadband package, and make sure that I wasn't charged for the router that had already been delivered to the wrong address.

As others have already posted, be skeptical of these so-called "independent switching services". Comparison sites are useful for finding the best price, but I would highly recommend signing up with the provider directly. Services such as Simplifydigital do not provide any added value, try to pressure you into signing up, and might even leave you to deal with the mess of their incompetence. There are simply so many providers and resources online that you can easily make your own informed decisions without pushy salespeople breathing down your neck.

simplify digital are a very good company, the guy I spoke to (josh) was very helpful, he explained every thing to me clearly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Said they had signed me up to a new provider and I didn't need to do anything, WRONG, the new provider hadn't heard of me. Rang their customer services to tell them of their incompetence and unfortunately got a very rude female named Sara would not recommend them at all

signed up with sky yesterday after a long chat with he explained things well its all a bit daunting but he( Kieran) I think his name was reassured me , nice to speak to someone who I could understand clearly!! the offer is a good one I will certainly use simplifydigital again
