The dresses is very beautiful

I used to purchase from them a lot but they have changed and are not ethical anymore. They advertise their dresses in US dollars but charge your card in Hong Kong $ (which is against the law in the USA to advertise in dollars & not charge in dollars) so you get charged by your bank an international transaction fee. Additionally the dress i purchased for $35 on sale, same size as other dresses I have bought but it was MUCH smaller even though the measurments were the same. They said id have to pay $15 to ship is back for a refund. You have 30 days to return the item from the day they ship ot, which can take weels to get to you (& most places return for free & that is half the cost of what i paid) & then they said id have to purchase the dress in a different size at the non-sale price of $75. Customer service response is very slow, text only which takes days, bo phone number either.

I have had two dresses from Simple Retro and really love them. They are very good quality and arrived quickly too. I have had lots of compliments when wearing them. I love that they feel very vintage but modern at the same time, and I think that their prices are very reasonable compared to a lot of other vintage-inspired clothing companies.

The products have such high quality and the fitting is great ☺️. I'm so happy with my order. It just took 3 days till the parcel arrived. Just the tops are a bit smaller I normally wear S but ordered M this time and M fitts perfect.

I ordered one top just to see how the experience of buying from this company was. I emailed them asking for my order receipt, because it doesn't automatically get sent out. I had to email them more than a few times to get what I needed. Then it actually arrived! Before the day I needed it too. But it was too big on me, shame! It was thick and a little heavy, so it's a nicer quality than one would expect. But the shipping information comes from China, so I can assume these are Chinese products. They include a printed slip for you to return the item and write the reason for the return - however the window of time they accept returns is SO small! If I hadn't gone to return it a couple days after receiving it, I would have not gotten any money back. You pay for the item, you pay for shipping, and if you're returning it, you pay for shipping again. They only refund the amount of the item itself, not the full price you paid. So I paid in order to return it. Then I never got my money back, and I needed to send a few emails for them to ask me for the tracking info. I had thrown it away weeks prior, so I gave them the order # and that seemed to satisfy them (since you need to write your order # on the enclosed return slip they provide to you). You also need to return it in the original packaging, which I did. After my emails, that's when they finally released my funds for the return. I wouldn't have received my refund had I not pestered them via email.

In summary: Things get done, but only if you hold their hand every step of the way... if you leave things to fall through the cracks, they definitely will. But they at least responded to me, which is more than what I can say about the other bad reviews on here.. maybe the good reviews are bought/fake?

I’ve ordered several times from Simple Retro, and all the garments have been of really good quality. I’m especially impressed by the fit, even after several washes the garment stay true to shape. My favorite is their dresses, sun dresses of Simple Retro is a staple piece in my wardrobe! The sizes are also normal/generous. I take M usually

Always looking forward to their vintage collection, not only high quality but also very stylish. Sizes run small sometime but description is always helpful.
