Great store to buy gold and silver bars/coins.. they have various and extensive selection of items to choose from.. very friendly and helpful staff and efficient service..

Second time purchasing from Silver Bullion and opted for self-collection again. My first visit was on 30 June 2025, and my latest visit was on 5 March 2026 during the office lunch hour.

The overall transaction process has been very seamless for me. When placing an order on the website, you are asked to indicate a pickup date, but this seems to function more as a guideline, as collection on a different day is still possible if needed. Upon arrival, I scanned a QR code to join the queue, although staff mentioned it was not required, possibly because it was not a peak period.

During both of my visits, the staff verified my ID and presented the gold for verification in front of me. This was reassuring and gave me confidence in the integrity of the process. The entire collection process was also very efficient. I was in and out within about five minutes.

One small drawback is that due to the current political climate, Silver Bullion has imposed a minimum order amount of $5k. This was a pity as I had intended to purchase a 10g minted gold bar as a gift, which was below the minimum order amount, so I had to purchase it elsewhere. I would have preferred to buy it from them.

That said, this limitation does not detract from my overall experience. I still value the efficiency of the process, the professionalism of the staff, and the reputability of the organisation, and I am happy to give them five stars.

I have been purchasing with you guys since last year Nov and everything has been quite smooth except this time. My funds were rejected yet not refunded despite multiple attempts to contact you online, my order was in limbo yet no email replies from your finance team.

Came straight down to the retail store and the staff on the ground sorted out my order and immediately contacted your finance to refund the rejected funds. You guys badly need to get more staff to answer phone calls and reply to urgent emails! I even left voice msgs and got no reply, luckily you all still have a retail store.

First, this is a genuine review. This is Trustpilot. My trust in Silverbullion is completely gone by now.
I have a significant silver position stored in their vault which I cannot sell because of a daily transaction limit on my account.
I delivered all the requested documents to increase the limit, but support just does not reply.
For a whole week now, none of my messages have gotten answered.
The issue itself could easily be sorted out, but support just refuses to communicate.

With a company like Silverbullion that you use to buy precious metals and store them for you, it is all about trust, isn't it.
Imagine you trust them with your precious metals, and then, when you want to sell them, you find out you are blocked to do so and they just do not fix the issue.
Imagine you think you have wealth, but then you find out your wealth is not really worth anything because you cannot access it.

Honestly I never thought Silverbullion would do this. They seemed trustworthy. I had trust in them. It is a shock to see how they just let you down.

In this kind of business trust is everything. Silverbullion managed to destroy mine.

Silver Bullion is one of the best known bullion shops in Singapore. I had several positive experiences with them - I trust them. Their staff are always professional and knowledgable. Their systems and processes in how you get service is well organised.

Today I had yet another super pleasant experience with specifically their staff Tommy Chan who assisted me - and went 'above and beyond' my expectations.
