Been working under Elaine Murray for about 2 years, Elaine is always a pleasure to deal with, and very responsive to all emails and calls. Which is a huge relief for when your looking for work it can be very anxious, and to have someone keeping you in the loop and always advocating for you makes a huge difference!

I worked with Fiona on getting a new position and having take a brief break was unsure what to expect search wise. She made me feel very confident in my abilities and skills and always kept me in the loop on possible job openings. I was then offered a position that she put me forward for a few months later, having gone for a few interviews. The process was very positive and efficient and I can only recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was approached by Genevieve Gomes for a role in a company. We organised a call which lasted for 45 minutes which went well. During it, she said I had the perfect experience etc for the role. After this she told me to send on my CV and that I would definitely get an interview. A colleague of hers Ross also contacted me a day that she was off looking for more details and again promised me the world. Weeks went by and I had asked Genevieve twice and Ross once for updates and I was ignored. Eventually when I expressed my frustration to Genevieve she replied saying the company said I didn't have the experience. The same experience that she told me was excellent and appropriate for the role. It was clear that both herself and Ross did not have their homework done but to then ignore me for weeks instead of owning up to their errors has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. It was all very misleading and I would encourage anyone to avoid these two and Sigmar recruitment going forward.

Great company, very thorough assistants. Comprehensive guidance through all steps of the interview process and very proactive with keeping in touch before and after obtaining the position.

Blatantly lied to me about salary of a job I was placed in. Withheld contracts till I started with the company and found out the salary wasn’t what I asked for or was told. The follow up with the company was disgraceful. The managing director of Sigmar insulted me over the phone. There was never any apology. Having spoken to many people about my experience I have learnt this is a regular occurrence with Sigmar Recruitment. They did the same thing with a friend of mine who is a single parent. Took months to get placed in a proper job after their experience.

One of the the worst recruiters out there. Never respond after initial interviews to let candidates know what their status is in the application process. Definitely do not have a proper functioning database for candidates. Amateurs at best

Great company to work for. Been there for over 3 years now, and still a very challenging job and a great community to work with.
