Sigmall Recenzje

The company always makes sure the customer is always happy

They cut off the head of the picture and I send full foto. They did not reply back when I send them an email several times. Poor service They don't deserve even 1 star. Waist of my money. Will never ever use them and I will tell everyone not to buy with them

Excellent service as usual. We have done several 'pictures' over the last few years and they are such fun to do. Latest one was the lion; it is now framed and hanging our lounge wall.

I ordered a custom diamond painting of my sisters dog. When I received it I was so pleased at how it turned out. I was getting everything ready to start when I realized one of the beads were missing #8. I contacted sigmall and they were quick with response and are sending me the one I am missing..I am so thankful as this diamond painting means alot to me. September 7th 2023

Arnaque ! Des produits annoncés a quelques euros et même quelques centimes et au moment de payer, 230€ de frais de port. La blague

All communication exemplary.

I like the product and I will definitely be buying more

I made a mistake when ordering and I sent an Email to them and it was dealt with promptly which I appreciated.

They listen to your concerns about the wrong product and try to help you fix it

Very satisfied with this company. Only once I got the wrong diamonds for the picture, but have ordered dozens. Great company to deal with, just takes so long to get them.

When my order for 4 Diamond Paintings was taking a while to arrive, I emailed the service team at Sigmall and they investigated and located my package and I was completely satisfied with their reply. They are a reputable company who provides excellent customer service. Thank you.

Not only is doing diamond paitnint fun and relaxing, working with Sigmall is awesome. They have a great product and amazing customer support! I highly recommend them to everyone

I enjoy the relaxing way doin the products makes me feel , the way I can find the products I like and the way they look after finishing them also the fact you send instructions on how to put them together . all in all the are a great way to relax

I love all my Diamond Paintings I receive from Sigmall, their customer service is great and fast.

I bought the paintings for my sister and she loved them very much, she is a big Betty Boop fan.

This is such a great site I ordered a picture off my camera and instead of making it and sending it the wrong size so it would turn out blurry they contacted me about the right size and didn't charge me much. Now I'll have the right one . Thank you guys your the best. No other company does that.

This is the best site. I placed a wrong order in and it was fixed instantly. Thank you for fixing my mistake.

Always have had amazing service and products from this site. This time was no different. Always timely with their responses and always friendly and very helpful. Will definitely order again.

I love there choices and verity. Though I don’t like the wait time to get them. I’ve ordered from them a few times but this go around it’s been a month wait.

Si sono molto prodigati a risolvere il problema.
