The agent who greeted us at St. Pancras for our outbound Eurostar train to Paris was very friendly and efficient. Upon arrival in Paris, the tour guide met us on time and was very clear in her descriptions. However, we were disappointed that advance entry tickets resulted in our inability to skip lines at the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame Cathedral, so because of time restraints, we did not get in to either. Our guide did manage to negotiate (at the last minute) our entry into the Musee D'Orsay, which she offered in compensation for the above two disappointments, and this was most enjoyable. Overall, the experience was OK, but would have been much better if we had advance group entry tickets that would have enabled us to skip the queues.

This was a fun experience and I highly recommend the tour if time is tight. However, this tour was overbooked and they almost tore our group apart. Not only that, the staff didn't seem to know what to do with the overcrowding. You just have to remember to be back at the bus at a specific time otherwise they will leave without you!

Aside from the timing/overbooking issues. I had a great time on this trip as it was a fun way to see a bit of everything

We had to self directed tour. We had a good time, however the tour could have been more descriptive during booking. It was vague and luckily I had done a little homework before traveling. They did not provide much direction in the self directed tour as far as sites and how to get there. I might as well purchased my own tickets at a cheaper price. Also they made it sound like you had ticket to get to the sites, this is not the case.

Contraté dos tours y me encantaron, los buses están en excelente estado, las dos guías tenían mucho conocimiento de los sitios y aunque realmente es poco el tiempo, creo que es una manera económica y rápida de conocer muchos sitios ahorrando tiempo y dinero. las entradas a todos los sitios son rápidas ya que vas con ellos, si vas solo te toca hacer unas largas filas y muy puntuales a la hora de recoger a los pasajeros. Realmente volvería a tomar otro tour.

i recently did the Windsor castle, Stonehenge and Oxford tour with my mum. Was dissapointed in how rushed the trip was. Driver and host were friendly but not enough time in each location. Evans tours state lower admission prices on their website than what was charged on the day although aparently our tour was all inclusive?? After a long day on a bus we arrived back in London around 8pm, website states 7-7:30 arrival. Although we we're picked up at our hotel in the morning we we're dropped back in 3 choices of locations around central London to then make our own way back which i felt was a poor effort and a lack of concern to ensure passengers did make it back safely to their hotels....i will not be doing anymore tours with this company.

No problems, the whole day was as smooth as silk. BUT I would love to blame you for such a miserable wet, windy day. However that would be futile.

I would like to congratulate your staff for putting together a great tour for us; this was done while we were still here in the US, trying to arrange a tour in London, where we had never been before. The tour was prompt, set up to tour exactly the sites advertised and planned for. The day was rather cold, but the tour went on without a hitch and we wish to recommend this tour for anyone in the US travelling to London. No reservations about the tour or the narrator at all. Wonderful, exciting experience and professionally done!

too little time to visit places. We spent a lot more time on the coach. It was also planned costvold but I don't think we were.

Good tour guide with reasonably price because all the entry tickets are included (Windsor castle, stonehenge & roman bath). Most importantly, their pick-up services from the hotel is excellent. Tour guide is very experienced.

Guide Russell was excellent with his knowledge and his anecdotes were brilliant too...Driver Graham was very agile despite his lazy appearance :p

The tour guide and driver worked well as a team. The guide was thoroughly knowledgeable of the sites and was able to discuss them with both wit and reverence to each applicable area. This is the first tour that I never paid attention to how long a tour was lasting, because it was so enjoyable.

The tour was great ,the driver was really nice and was helpful. The only problem I had was a booking problem,on my print out it said 4 students which was right but when I called in they claimed it was for 4 children. This caused my friends and I to worry since the solution they gave me was to e-mail and fix the problem. At this time I did not have access to internet nor the time. This caused a stress ,especially being in a new city with only three days to see London.
Other than that my friends and I enjoyed our tour!

The bus ride was comfortable, stonehenge was reeally great, for a great price. We got up closer then I thought we could, and the bus driver gave us a tour on the bus ride home. Pick up and drop off were great too.

like I said,the tour was really nice,maybe the Oxford tour coud off been a bit longer, but the tour guide was really great, so i would recommend this tour to anyone :)

My wife and I had a great time.

We took this tour as a sort of refresher course on our 4th trip to England. We'd taken a similar tour in the early 90s and thought it would be fun to refresh our memories of Windsor, Stonehenge, and Bath. The tour itself was pleasant, though I would have preferred more time at Windsor Castle and less time in Bath. The thing that prevents me from giving this tour 5 stars is the beginning and ending bus hassles. Unlike all the other bus tours I've taken over the years, once you're picked up from your hotel on this tour, the bus that picked you up drops you off at Victoria Station where you have to jockey around to find the actual bus you need to take for your tour. And instead of dropping you back off at your hotel after your tour (which was 12 hours long) you're dropped off at a tube station to find your own way back to your hotel. That part was kind of a rude surprise. Being exhausted after such a long trip, we just grabbed a cab. Thankfully, cabs are plentiful in London. Would I take another tour with this company? Yes. Overall it was a nice experience. Next time I'll know what to expect.

I booked 3 Tours (Full Day London, One Day Paris by Eurostar and Windsor, Bath & Stonehenge). Everthing were perfect and superb. Namely the pick-up timings, the comfort of the bus, the competence of the Driver and Guide, the timings during tour and the tour itself. We were completely satisfied and glad to have booked the tours with Evan Evans. It is worth every single penny paid. Our heartfelt thanks to all staff and management of Evan Evans.

This was just as described - the day went really fast. The employees of the tour company were very friendly and informative. I would recommend this to others wanting to see Paris in a day.
