Really disappointed after receiving someone else's order and invoice note showing all of their details, yet sent to my name and address. This also means someone has my personal details. Very unprofessional. Has cost me tike and potentially losing clients who are booked in when I was relying on my order being here. I wasn't offered any form of future discount or good will gift for the poor customer service.

recently attended a two-day body waxing course by Sienna X, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The course was run by the phenomenal head trainer, Leigh, whose expertise and passion for teaching made all the difference.

What a journey I’ve been on with Sienna X and I’m still training on more treatments with them now but I’ve just received the nicest most overwhelming email from the lead trainer Leigh and I’m delighted to say I’m now a master in spray tanning!! I couldn’t have done this without the training at Sienna X my business is doing amazing! And it’s thanks to Sienna X. Highly recommend for any training or products!!

Super fast delivery and excellent products.

Not impressed my client left green ! My client had green spots all over her face and spread across her upper back she said she never put deodorant on or used anything on her skin it was completely clear so I checked the sell by dates on the solution which I only brought two weeks ago the one I used had the date 11/4/24 and the other solution is dated 10/2/23 I spoke to customer service today in which the lady said that the solution was not out of date and the green will wash off when the tan develops and she’s had a wash and tried telling me the deodorant my client has used last 24-48 hours so first of all how does this lady know what deodorant my client uses and how does she know if my client is wearing moisturiser she basically is calling my client a liar and saying she’s lied about putting deodorant and moisturiser on when my client knows not too I’m not happy about this customer service is shocking not sure weather I will carry on using sienna’s products.
