Abbiamo noleggiato una fiat panda , il servizio di noleggio è stato veloce e semplice, si ritira la macchina fuori dall' aereoporto di Palermo, davvero a due passi. L' abbiamo riportata dopo una settimana, il giorno stabilito, con il pieno fatto.
L' abbiamo consegnata ad una ragazza che c' era davanti al loro ufficio, che con altri due colleghi riceveva e metteva in ordine le auto. Non ci hanno fatto firmare nulla e noi stupidamente non abbiamo chiesto nessun documento. Il giorno dopo, quando noi eravamo già a casa da tempo, ci hanno chiamato per dirci che non avevamo riconsegnato l' auto!!!!!! Gli abbiamo spiegato com' era avvenuta la consegna e niente...nessuna scusa o commento. Il giorno dopo abbiamo dovuto richiamare noi per sapere qualcosa, ci hanno risposto che la macchina c'era ed era già a disposizione di nuovo clienti!!!!!
Consiglio sia a noi stessi che agli altri di fare le foto anche della consegna, non solo quando si riceve l'auto !!!!

Als wir es Jericho zurück brachten sag ten Sie uns , dass auf der rechten Seite ein Schaden ist der nicht von uns verursacht wurde . Und es war schon da laut auf unseren Viedeos . Unser Kontakt Mann hatte Kollegen alle 6 Kollegen die Nix zu tun hatten kamen Verbund mischten sich ein und redeten Ihm ein da ist kaputt und da ist kaputt . Wir sind sehr enttäuscht , dass sie solche Mitarbeiter haben die nicht ehrlich sind und Sie uns beschuldigen. Es wird bei der Polizei angezeigt .

Sicily by Car ci ha fatto vivere un vero incubo.
Abbiamo noleggiato un furgone elettrico per Roma–Civitavecchia: dopo pochi chilometri la batteria è scesa a vista d’occhio e siamo stati costretti a uscire dall’autostrada.
Abbiamo tentato di ricaricare il mezzo cinque volte in diverse colonnine Enel X: ogni volta venivano bloccati 30€, ma la ricarica si interrompeva all’1%, lasciandoci completamente a piedi e senza alcun supporto.
Abbiamo chiamato tutti i numeri possibili, anche l’assistenza urgente, per ore, senza che nessuno rispondesse. Solo dopo infinite prove, un operatore ci ha detto che potevamo recarci alla sede di Fiumicino per ritirare un altro mezzo, dato che il nostro non si poteva più muovere (avevamo anche un divano caricato dietro!).
Siamo quindi andati autonomamente a Fiumicino, accompagnati da chi è dovuto venire a salvarci, in preda al panico.
Arrivati lì, scopriamo che non c’erano furgoni disponibili — e che, a detta del personale, da anni quella sede affitta solo auto, nonostante la promessa telefonica.
Il personale in loco, gentile e sinceramente sconvolto, ha cercato di aiutarci e ha chiamato più volte l’assistenza centrale. Solo allora qualcuno si è degnato di rispondere… per dirci che non dovevamo lasciare il mezzo fermo in strada.
Due persone sì, potevano restare abbandonate. Il furgone no. Vergognoso.

Siamo quindi tornati a Santa Severa, dove il furgone era ancora lì, con pochissimi chilometri di autonomia, ad aspettare il carroattrezzi. Abbiamo dovuto svuotarlo da soli, senza un minimo di aiuto o presenza da parte loro.

E come se non bastasse!!!!! un mese dopo ci arriva una richiesta di 250€ per il carroattrezzi e di presunti “sinistri stradali” mai avvenuti, corredati da foto senza data né prove concrete.
Un’azienda che non risponde ai clienti in difficoltà, non garantisce veicoli funzionanti, e poi scarica ogni costo e responsabilità su chi affitta.
Esperienza umiliante, stressante e assurda.
Personale delle filiali gentile, ma organizzazione e assistenza da incubo.
Evitateli a ogni costo.

Attention Scammer's !!!! , They charge people for scratches (that you didn't make, or also you can not see it) on car you rent !

Extremely rude staff and waiting time to pick up car is closecto 2 hours in off peak season. The car standards vary depending on what's available I have had a couple of decent cars but most were really bad. Don't settle for a junky car as it might not start! Lights on cars have some which are not working, tyre pressure is terrible not to mention the soiled seats. I have rented with them a number of times but the last few times have been a nightmare. Expect low service, low quality and low rental price or pay and go with a better company! Time is money and the office staff and not efficient at all!! So definitely one to avoid.

I have never written a review in my life but these lot are a scam. Please go with one of the big reputable companies. As other comments, they upsell insurance as they don’t accept AMEX. The insurance is 3 x the original car rental. I can accept that as perhaps if I had a visa or Mastercard I may have avoided the need for insurance to be bought. However, I booked a medium car to accommodate a pushchair 3 suitcases and a wide and kid. They only had a small car available which somehow we squeezed in to. The car was totalled battered, stained and smelt. We then had to wait 30 mins to leave for a rep to review this bumped and scratched card to be told……you have insurance doesn’t matter. Absolutely shocking and no chance complaining will get your money back. Perhaps I was unlucky….but I suspect they are a bunch of scammers. Just avoid

Ho noleggiato il5 Ottobre online, per ritirare l’auto all’aeroporto di Palermo,gentilissimi ,la cauzione restituita a 3 giorni dalla restituzione dell’auto.Ho fatto l’assicurazione Plus per avete meno responsabilità.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

SCAM!!! Do not go with this company
On arrival they will take €1,800 deposit incase of any damage. ( which we did not know about )
On return they said the car had to be clean inside and out,( which was not stated )
so they were charging us £270 as car wasn’t perfectly clean
We took the car away and cleaned the car inside and washed it outside ourself
We then went back to return and they are still charging us £1,000 as they have said there is “damage” to the car
There was no damage what so ever to the car.
They will take your money whether the car is in perfect condition.
DO NOT USE SUCILY BY CAR!!!

Started journey, stopped at garage for petrol.
Not working : 1 headlight, 1 side light , 1 indicator, first gear slipping.
Too late to return it.
Would not fix it next day.
We paid for new headlight.
Returned car after week : office literally full of people complaining.
They showed no concern whatsoever.
Dismissive and rude.
THEY GAVE US AN ILLEGAL CAR !

Déception totale à fuir à fuir, surtout ne louer pas à travers cette agence car c’est une arnaque totale.
Nous avons loué une voiture sur 4 jours, en la rendant on nous a réclamé 272 € hors-taxes pour le nettoyage de la voiture soi-disant tu n’étais pas dans les normes , alors qu’il y avait juste un peu de sable sur les tapis.
Nous avons refusé de payer, alors on nous a menacé de retirer sur la caution de 2000 € que nous avons payé dès le départ.
En ça où on met au pied du mur, en soi, j’appelle ça de l’escroquerie.

Société à fuir. Location Véhicule pas cher, mais après il se rattrape sur des frais non justifié comme des frais nettoyage qui va jusqu’à 272 € hors-taxes.

Dopo aver consegnato l'auto come da ritiro e aver firmato il modulo di consegna. Mi é stato addebitato un danno, probabilmente avvenuto dopo, con un altro modulo creato ad hoc senza la mia firma e il mio consenso. Addebitandomi la spesa sulla carta dove avevano bloccato la cauzione. Una vera e propria truffa! Evitateli come la peste se potete!

Même problème que beaucoup d'utilisateurs. Arnaque avec la différence carte de débit/crédit pour vous faire souscrire à leur assurance "full" qui en réalité ne couvre pas plein de choses. A fuir.

Pessimi. 2 ore di fila al desk di Roma Termini. Nel frattempo ho chiamato diverse volte il servizio clienti. Mi ha risposto un operatore dicendo che lui era solo nella sede centrale e non poteva farci niente. C'era solo un operatore al desk lentissimo. Mai più con loro. Compagnia da evitare

Sicliy By Car at Malta Airport is a scam business. When I returned the car, they reported a dent at a door. A dent that nobody could see. Only their employee. Wanted to charge me €1400 for damages. We refused. After some arguing, the fee went down to €885. We paid because we had a plane to catch. Employee refused to give me his name. DO NOT RENT CARS WITH THEM!!!

I hired from Sicily by car - Malta as that was the firm recommended by easyJet and could be ATOL protected if booked with our flights. I must admit I hadn't seen any of the negative reviews so went with an open mind. It was made clear on the booking paperwork what was required, they do not accept AMEX and require a 2300€ deposit on a credit card which has your full name on it, as well as proof of ID and driving licence. Collecting the car was a bit stressful as they were very busy but everyone was courteous. The car itself was rough, a Fiat Tipo with damage to every panel and the engine warning light on. We were encouraged to take a walk around video before taking the car so we were not held responsible for any prior damage, and talked though the existing damage as it was recorded on the hire sheet. We had the car for a few days and it was adequate, and given the state of the roads on Gozo and the questionable driving habits of the locals I wouldn't have wanted something in mint condition anyway. However the performance of the car was really poor, and some of the hills required a run-up to successfully get to the top so I emailed Sicily by car requesting a replacement vehicle. They emailed back within minutes and said that was no problem just return the vehicle and they would take care of it on arrival. By this stage I'd read some reviews on Trust pilot so was concerned what kind of reception I'd get. I returned the car with a full tank of fuel as this is a condition of hire. When I got there they had a Peugeot 508 waiting, a significant upgrade and did the swap with no hassle whatsoever. Again there was panel damage but the car was fine in every other respect. Again I did a walk around video to record existing damage, this is something I highly recommend you do. We used this car for the remainder of our trip with no problems, and returned it with no issues and no charges for damage which is confirmed in writing at the time of return. I honestly couldn't fault the service, the missing star is due to the condition of the first car, which on reflection was not acceptable. I highly recommended getting your own damage waiver insurance as you are liable for the first 2300€, again this is made clear in the booking paperwork.

SCAM COMPANY
This company will try and charge you €120 when you return the car if you don’t take it away and put it through a car wash. They are situated at the airport and obviously when you arrive, you simply do not have time to do this.
They do not point this out as a requirement when you pick up the car.
I checked at the airport with Hertz and Avis to check if this was a Maltese requirement. They laughed and said they’ve never heard anything like it.
Avoid this company at all costs. Any savings you make with their rates being slightly cheaper will be swallowed up with their scam tactics when you drop the car off.

Meno di una stella non vi si può dare… perché nemmeno quella meritereste.
Arriviamo a Malta dopo aver noleggiato l’auto con un mese di anticipo. Arriviamo e prima di essere accolti passa oltre mezz’ora.
Sembrava filare tutto liscio… ma poi arriva il momento della cauzione, di ben 1800€ che vogliono addebitare prima della consegna del veicolo, con carta di credito, e a meno che tu non richieda espressamente alla banca tale massimale, di default non è attivo su nessuna carta di credito. Non accettano american express, che io possiedo e avrei potuto tranquillamente fornire per tale transazione.
Il tutto per spingerti a fare l’assicurazione con loro (a discapito di qualsiasi altra assicurazione tu già abbia, a un costo più alto del totale noleggio dell’auto, perché ho speso 200€ per noleggiare l’auto e 350 per la loro assicurazione completa), e abbassare la cauzione da 1800€ a 200€.
Una truffa legalizzata che rovina l’esperienza delle ferie dai primi minuti dopo essere atterrati.
Auto (Citroen c3) molto sporca dentro, con sedili macchiati e impolverati, motore debole, che con il clima acceso non andava a più di 79km/h, rumorosissimo il clima e il motore, pessima nel complesso.
Per non parlare del fatto che io ho richiesto il noleggio dal 10/08 al 21/08 e loro hanno insistito che avevo prenotato fino al 22/08, obbligandomi a pagare un giorno in più di noleggio e di assicurazione che non mi servivano. E non hanno voluto sentir ragioni nonostante io avessi in mano la carta del noleggio con le date corrette.
Sconsiglio vivamente.
