Damaged my tiny house and refused to pay for damages
I spoke with Ty after his driver drove my 85K tiny house into a ditch causing significant damage due to obvious driver negligence. The driver was literally half way off of the road and luckily a large tree caught the tiny house or it would have rolled down a hill and been totally destroyed. I called Ty immediately and asked if he should call a wrecker to get the house out or if I should as I was aware of someone in the area. He suggested I contact the local service I knew about who came out and not only pulled the house out of the ditch but also drove the house the rest of the way into the driveway because they were concerned about the driver's ability to drive. Ty shared that all I needed to do was send the pictures and invoices and they would get it taken care of. Like others here I have called 30-40 times over the last few months during which Ty has verbally agreed over the phone to refund my original payment and reimburse me for the expenses I paid for the damage they caused. He has said he has mailed a check, all lies and now has stopped responding at all about the remaining $1600n I am owed. I am writing this as part of my affidavit as I am now pursuing legal action against this absolutely despicable company. I even contacted others on their website with no response at all. - Chris Short
