I really wanted to love these extensions after being told that they were better for your natural hair - however after less than a week - multiple had fallen out and the metal used to clip them in (instead of the usual bond) - was actually cutting through my natural hair. The quality of the hair was also disappointing and caused knotting at the roots of my hair where they were fitted. I do not wash or style myself (subscription blowdry service) - so I cannot recommend these to anyone looking for a full head of extensions that will last and look natural. After just 3 weeks and $2000 later - I had to have them removed. Wasting my money and my time. Showpony will not refund as they claim this wasn’t an issue with the style of extensions or the advice given by their consultant. I would suggest avoiding the microbeads and would also look to a different supplier with better quality hair and customer service (particularly for the price)!

I have purchsed there Professional Detangle Brush and Shampoo and Conditioner they too are amazing hair product's for the ShowPony Line. I would definitely recommend them and they've definitely earned there 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Probably the most expensive extensions on the market, and a complete and utter waste of money. Two weeks after purchasing the hair from my hairdresser 4 clips had completely fallen off the rows of extensions. 2-3 weeks after that more clips came off, and some rows from the hairextentions themselves had completely fallen out. I was told that the person who would have been in charge organising my replacement was on holiday, so I sat and sewed them up myself. When she returned she said that there was no way I could be refunded the money because I had tampered with them. 8-10 weeks after purchasing them and the hair has snapped off to around 5 inches at the back, and look horrible. I've worn many many extensions in my life, including cheap ones from eBay, and none have ever been as catastrophically crap as these.
