Hi Mitch, I show this was shipped out the day after you ordered it. The carrier shows it is out for delivery today. I know ground shipping normally takes 5-7 business days but it looks like the carrier must be experiencing significant delays. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Awesome gift box, great price, but need to indicate where you don't ship
I ordered the peanut butter whiskey gift box, it arrived nicely packaged and the recipient loved it! My only complaint is with the ordering process - I tried to order the gift box and ship it directly to the recipient (who lives in DE) but the order would not go through, despite numerous attempts with different credit cards, etc. I finally sent a note to ask why it wasn't going through and the response was that you can't ship to DE. The areas where you can't ship need to be clearly stated on your website. Other than that it was easy to ship it to my address in MD and then I met up with the recipient to give them the gift.

Eh, it was okay
I purchased a 6 month box for my husband as a birthday gift. I thought I had purchased the whiskey box and apparently in my own error, I ordered the standard box. I reached out to customer service who told me that they would switch my subscription to the whiskey box since it was the same price. It was never switched, and we have a ton of bottles that will never be used because he only drinks whiskey, and whiskey was rarely something in the boxes. There were quite a few repeated bottles each month as well that was kind of disappointing. I don't think I would recommend to anyone unless they absolutely enjoyed all kinds of liquor. I understand I can't fault them for my mistake in order, but I wish they would have came through with the agreement to switch. It was a lot of money wasted and a reminder of a "lousy" gift each month it showed up.

Thanks for the two bottles of Devils Brigade Whiskey. With my normal late Christmas shopping habits.And this insidious virus ,had no expectations of delivery by Christmas. Got it on time for my 2 son- in - laws. Dad's with daughters know what I'm talking about. They are my lottery win. Thanks again Shots Box. And Happy New Years to Willies Distillery. Was a 91B on a team in the 70's. Keep up the good work with Your Vets.

Sometimes the corking done by the distiller can leak a little. This is normal, not often, but not unusual.
The perfect gift
I’ve sent these as gifts and the recipients seemed to have love them. They have even FaceTimed me for a toast. These boxes are the perfect gifts for people who have everything.

Still have not received an order placed…
Still have not received an order placed on December 11th, it is December 30th. Wrote the company about the delayed shipping and received the rudest response. Zero customer service. Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

1 star because I ordered on 12/7 and…
1 star because I ordered on 12/7 and still haven't received my order. If I had known Shots Box uses LSO for delivery, I would never have ordered from them. LSO is the worst.
Updated to 3 stars - delivered 12/28 after 2 separate calls to the delivery service and over an hour of hold time. Will not order from Shots Box again with this regional delivery provider.

Excellent Customer Service
I found Shots Box easy to work with. They were very customer oriented & answered my questions in a timely manner. My package was delayed & I was unable to track it so I reached out to Shots Box & they got back to me with the new delivery date. They even contacted me the day it was delivered to make sure it got to me. I really appreciate good customer service & follow up. My son Loved his gift & I was so happy it arrived in time to go under the tree to be opened Christmas morning. Thank you Shots Box!

Packaging switched out
Between the time that I ordered my shots box and it was shipped the packaging was changed. As this was a gift presentation was important and the substituted packaging looked cheaper. Had I been aware of this I would have gone with a different gift.
