Sent totally different product and half quantity I paid for. They use false advertising and look very slick.

What they delivered is fake, sub standard and probably toxic so due to health & safety would not put them on your skin at all, let alone your mouth.

They’ve ignored my emails to refund and return. BEWARE they will just take your money 😡

Purchased from the store multiple times now and all items have been great and customer service is even better, will definitely continue shopping with them.

I really like their cc cream as it covers blemishes well, and has a good texture. I had been having trouble finding it, as the place where I used to buy it stopped selling the brand, so I am very pleased to be able to get it again.

Fake product not the product advertised waiting for a response. Took over 3 weeks to be delivered.

Very pleased with this purchase. I bought the sculpting collagen face mask and have been using it consistently and I have definitely seen the results of it. Plus shipping was quicker than I expected which is always a bonus.

I saw this companies ad on facebook for the curl spray and the person in the advertisement had the same type of hair as me so I thought I may aswell try it. I must say I am glad i tried as now I use this product to get my curls done and ready in the morning and get my day going. I used to hate having to spend all my time trying to style my hair in the morning this has made my life very easy. Very happy with the purchase. I only wish delivery would a bit quicker as it took 6-7days to arrive.

I'm pleasantly surprised with the products I received. I purchased the cc cream and the collagen mask and I am loving using both of them, so much so that I wanted to leave a positive review. I am not too sure if this is the correct Trustpilot page, as I am seeing some negative reviews, but this wasn't my experience with this brand at all.
I will definitely be purchasing again.

Email sent to the company:

I placed my order on July 30th and was advised the following day that it had been shipped. On August 11th, I then received an email apologising for a delay and assuring me that my order would arrive shortly. However, today I have been informed once again that the order has only just been dispatched.

This inconsistency in communication and failure to deliver within a reasonable timeframe is unacceptable. Furthermore, the offer of a 15% refund does not adequately address the inconvenience caused or the lack of professionalism demonstrated throughout this process. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and appropriately.

So sorry I didn’t look here before I ordered

I ordered collagen lift mask. When I ordered it said to arrive in 5 days. It has been 15 days. Not received the orders yet.

False advertisement online..
The biocollagen mask that comes is a fake, in complete different blank packaging, A dupe. Not the item they show in the pictures. Do not buy!
You also have to wait a month for it to arrive only to open your package to disappointment.
Also the website has uploaded fake reviews you will notice on the website it says 0 reviews for the product itself.
