Really pleased with purchase
Really pleased with purchase. Asked re cutting garment rail down to a lower height. Zac was very helpful with info on this one. Yes we cut it down (hacksaw) six inches each side. Made a big difference for us.
Rail is very strong. Made a good clothes hanging area for us .Being short of space this rail has made life easier.
Very fast delivery.
The Wheels do fit if you turn rail upside down and push really hard they click in place. Also moves easy on carpet. Great customer service. Thank you.

Four bungs were received the following day, really impressive after service, they deserve 5 stars. Hopefully they will feed back the issue to manufacturers
One of the 'legs' has the 2 white bungs missing which makes attaching the wheels impossible, really frustrating! The other one is fine. Please advise.

Good quality rails
Ordered a 4ft by 6ft two tier rail and 6ft by 6ft rail in white. My order arrived very quickly which was brilliant, however I discovered that the 4ft by 6ft rail was in fact 6ft 8 inches. I emailed and got a response that wasn't helpful at all, so I called and spoke to one of their customer service representatives. He told me that the two tier rails automatically come 8 inches taller. I explained that as it doesn't fit in through the door at 6ft 8 and I need it to be 6ft, he arranged to send me a shorter extender (which I had to pay for but I wasn't charged for shipping) which arrived first thing the following morning. The rails are excellent quality and I would definitely use them again.
