Delivery was ment to happen, waited in during time slot, kept an eye on tracking and it didn’t move for ages and time slot went by. Contacted the delivery company the next day to be told the driver ran out of driving time. Contacted the store company to be told it was a warehouse issue. Rearranged delivery even though had no updates of what was happening that was the only thing I could see to do on the delivery page for another day. Advised a safe place incase no one was home but my husband was home all afternoon and it was marked as delivered and left in the backdoor step. It wasn’t. Turns out it was delivered to a different address that I had to go and collect the item from once speaking to the store. This was the delivery companies fault not the stores but they will be looking into this as the delivery company for letting their business down. So the 3 star review is the delivery company and have since had a refund for that delivery. Item itself is great!

Not too happy with the customer service…
Not too happy with the customer service who wasn't very nice nor helpful. I ended up being charged twice for a delivery (total £150) as there was a misunderstanding on when the display cabinet would be delivered to us. After placing many orders with this company, they won't count me as a client anymore!

Delivery Delays:
Despite the packaging clearly stating that the order was ready for collection and providing a proposed dispatch date, the goods were not delivered until approximately one week after the stated date. This unnecessary delay had a direct impact on our project programme and resulted in avoidable disruption to planned works.
Lack of Urgency and Communication:
Throughout the process there appeared to be very little sense of urgency in resolving the issue. Although the delay may not have been considered a problem from your perspective, there was little evidence that the impact on our project or our customer was understood. Even after the delay was highlighted, communication remained limited and there was no proactive effort to expedite delivery or provide meaningful updates. A more customer-focused approach and better communication would have significantly improved the overall experience.

Best price I could find online. I was going to be out on given delivery day and when phoning to ask it to be changed, they were able to bring the date forward.
Quality of the glass shelf is 1st class. It came in a larger box than I expected and was so well wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and polystyrene beads. I absolutely recommend.
