Just what I wanted
Product was just what I wanted and it was dispatched quickly. The reason for 4 stars is that it took a week to arrive and I had to chase up delivery because the courier took it to the wrong depot.

I have a very bad experience with my first order
I had a very disappointing experience with my first order from Shopfitting Warehouse. The delivery was scheduled for last week, but the item still hasn’t arrived.
I have contacted their team multiple times via email and phone, but have not received any meaningful support. The only response I keep getting is that their manager is in touch with the DX Courier manager, and this has been ongoing for a few days now with no resolution.
This has been extremely frustrating, especially due to the lack of clear communication and accountability. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from Shopfitting Warehouse again and would not recommend them to others.

Website and ordering/delivery was 100%. However. One box had been previously opened. Resealed with clear tape. One of the plastic black upright sleeves was smashed. A pre-packed spare or two would be good as the shelf doesn’t work without it. Gaffer tape to the rescue.
