I just received my Bambi jacket from Carelli, and it is by far my favorite jacket. Just as advertised.

However, it took 6-7 weeks from ordering until it arrived - which I had anticipated, from watching other people’s TikTok’s etc. So be aware that it takes a while until you receive your order. But if you are patient, it’s so much worth it!

I initially ordered my jacket in both s and xs, but others had noted that the fit is on the smaller side, so I cancelled my purchase of the xs jacket via email. They refunded my purchase within a week. And the s fits perfectly!

Carelli, c’est du grand n’importe quoi. Ils encaissent ton argent, ne livrent pas ta commande et quand tu demandes un remboursement, ils font les morts. Aucun service client, aucune réponse, aucune honte.

Un site qui prend l’argent des gens et disparaît dès qu’il faut assumer ses responsabilités, c’est tout simplement inadmissible. Ça ressemble à du dropshipping bien douteux, avec un service après-vente inexistant.

N’allez pas leur donner votre argent. Tant que vous n’avez pas de problème, tout va bien. Mais dès qu’il faut livrer ou rembourser, il n’y a plus personne. Une expérience lamentable, à fuir absolument !

This website is a scam, I ordered 2 jackets in August and the order has not been shipped (it’s 19th October). They are not replying to emails, I asked a refund and they are not replying as well. I contacted them on instagram and they are cancelling the comments and blocking accounts.

Ordered the viral bambi coat in August. It’s the mid of October and still no coat. The service is awful. They don’t reply to emails and it seems like I will receive the coat (if i receive if) only when it will be the winter time and I wont be able to wear it anyways…Don’t waste your money. I have also asked for a refund and they are ignoring the emails. :)

Purchased a coat back in August and it STILL hasn’t arrived and doesn’t even look like it’s on its way. They’re horrible at getting back to emails and complaints, communication is non existent! Do not waste your money!

Let me start with the product, it looked very good and the quality was nice. Unfortunately the sizing wasn’t good so i returned it and wanted a refund. After five weeks i still have not got my refund. The customer service is coming up with a lot of excuses and now after five weeks they have a ‘technical error’ in the refund system. Very weird and also very disappointing that this is the way that they handle the refunds. I am still waiting for my refund.

Bought the Bambi jacket as it looked amazing online. Cost €425 including shipping, took forever to come.

I didn't like the jacket closures - really loud, large silver popper so the jacket could never be worn open as they were so ugly. It was so expensive I chose to return because for that price I wanted it to be exactly right, not so-so.

Returns must be sent within 14 days of the purchase being recieved and it takes them 2 days to reply to emails so I finally got the return address after a week of emailing back and forth with their random demands (they needed pictures of my purchase etc even though I gave them the order number). I then paid £30 to get it shipped to the Netherlands. I have just had notification that I am only going to get €291 back as a refund! I am furious! No proof of purchase of shipping etc and as I understand it there should be no taxes due as the item was sent back. So I'm now 134€ and £30 out of pocket!

Total scam, absolutely avoid at all costs even if it looks nice online.
