I was surprised to learn that Shoemall does not do free returns. I needed to return a pair of steel toed shoes because of the weight of the shoe, only to learn that Shoemall charges for returns. I have always tried on and purchased my shoes at a local retailer. I guess we live and learn. Also, my purchase took longer than anticipated, and was not delivered in time, as my employer required the employees to start wearing them on a specific date.

Sorel Moc Toe boots were $120 or more everywhere else online. They were $89 on ShoeMall with the discount code. After I ordered them, I read the reviews online which were horrible. I called and tried to cancel my order since I was afraid I would get ripped off. The woman on the phone was super nice and told me my shoes would be shipping that day. Not too long after, I received my tracking number from FedEx and the boots were delivered a few days later. I cant speak for what happened to other people but my experience was a positive one.

I ordered first then said aww snap I should of checked the reviews of this site. Then I saw the bad reviews and I started to cry a little cause I thought I lost my money. And then about a
5 days later tracking info started to post via FedEx. Next thing I knew my tears were replaced with much happiness and glee as my shoes showed up. Exactly what I ordered sized perfectly.

Ordered a pair of shoes. Fed Ex indicated that it was delivered - was not. Fed Ex could not take claim from us, had to go to ShoeMall for exchange/refund claim. They indicated they would send claim form to us - would take a week to receive. We would then have to fill it out and send back - another week for them to receive and then another week for process of new pair sent. Really - you can't take the information over the phone and start the claim. Poor customer service.

I wish I had known that my size shoes would fit too large. I did not expect to pay $ 24.84 to return shoes. I’m still waiting for shoe refund and I hope this return is also not false. Returns are not easy and not free. Please advertise honestly So there in no misunderstanding when ordering. Also, train your staff to ensure return slips arrive with order to make it easier for returns as advertised. What’s going on here???? Will never trust again!!!

All was fine until I ask for a refund. The Skechers I ordered didn't fit. I returned them 2 days after I received them for a refund. IT TOOK FOREVER & A PHILADELPHIA LAWYER TO GET MY REFUND... I called, sent emails, made more calls, sent more emails... It was ridiculous!!! I really did not think they were going to refund my money, Seriously!...I did finally threaten to take legal action!
They shorted my refund by $3.67, the tax that I had paid on the shoes. I called and went around in circles with them on this issue, finally they credited me the tax back. They charged me $6.95 for returning the shoes and .62 tax.. I was so aggravated with the entire ordeal and I had no option other than to pay the return charge and tax. They want to charge for everything they can and make up things to charge you til you have no refund left... But I fought them over everything that I could.... I will NEVER shop ShoeMall ever again!!!! It wasn't worth what I had to go thru!!! That was a BUMMER !!!!

Placed an order and received an order # upon check-out but never received a confirmation email. Waited 2 weeks then finally called Shoemall and found out my order was canceled. They said they ran out of that item. I asked why no email was sent and was I just supposed to sit around and wait in which I was told *gee a postcard should have been sent". I guess it's another thing you can blame on Covid but just seems like there should be a better plan in place rather than making a customer sit around and wait for a not known canceled item....

VERY POOR SERVICES I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SHOE MALL TO ANYBODY I ORDER SLIPPERS IN JUNE. IT SHOWED EVERYTHING WHENT THROUGH .THEY EVEN EMAIL THINKING ME FOR MY PAYMENT . HERE IT IS SEPTEMBER 3. 2020 STILL NO SLIPPERS & HAD THE NERVE TO SAY WE TOOK THE PAYMENT ON SEPTEMBER 1, AND YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER ON THE 5TH! AND THE EMPLOYEE NEED SOME HOME TRAINING!

Ordered a pair of Merrell boots, and got cheap knockoffs that did not fit. This company get a "F" rating from the BBB in their hometown. I will probably never get my refund back that I have applied for after reading how they treat other customers.

I ordered a pair of Adidas before looking at the reviews here. I was concerned because most of them were negative. But the shoes came in just fine. They were a day late but no other issues. A couple words of advice: 1) Go to a brick-and-mortar store to try on a similar pair of shoes to see if you like them, because they do charge you for return shipping. 2) Make any purchase through PayPal, because PayPal customer service will back you up and even refund you if you don’t receive what you paid for. That’s what I did, but no problems.

Got a couple of emails saying my order was delayed. Understandable under the current climate.
it's been 4 months I have tried on a number of occasions to cancel the order it's impossible to find anything on the website that allows you to cancel it
. Eventually, I found a number through their website, cough, and was put on hold for 30 minutes first time 60 minutes the second time I'm giving up. They appear to be a scam company stay away from them!

I was skeptical right off the bat because they had a pair of shoes that seemingly didn’t even exist in that color. They were literally the only place I could find them. I took the chance and ordered two pairs because they’re really cool so I wanted them to last a while and I got a good deal on them. Basically $20 off each pair which was great. I would have gladly paid $65 each but they were more like $48 each. Nice.
After three days I never got any notice that they had shipped. So I emailed them and straight told them I was a little skeptical about the site after reading reviews and was worried that after that long, and advertising that they were in stock, they might not even have the shoes to ship to me. They replied very quickly and then soon after that I got an email that said they’d been shipped. The link in the email also worked which doesn’t seem like much but when I checked on it every day along with other packages it makes it a lot easier when the link takes you to where it is supposed to. Doesn’t always happen.
Here is where my real complaint lies and it’s really because of fedex, not shoe mall. It was just slow. But I guess right now there is legitimate reason.
The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I felt like it shouldn’t have taken quite so long to ship out. Other than that the experience with them was great. Mostly because when I opened the shoes about an hour ago, after telling my roommate that I was actually excited about these shoes but was worried they wouldn’t be what they were supposed to be, they were exactly what I ordered and hoped for. Totally worth what I thought was a risk. I’ve looked for those shoes everywhere I can think of online after I ordered these to make sure I could get them somewhere else if this failed and I still cannot find them. It’s easy to find the blue version but this is the only place I’ve found that have the black version. Glad I bought two pairs.
Other people may have had problems with them but not me. I had to write this to give them a little props where props are due.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 14th June 2020. Have not received them and have no way of contacting them to see what has happened. I try to go onto Shoemall site and it says access denied. Will have to contact credit card company for advice

I attempted to return a pair of shoes. No return label or order form was provided. I called Customer Service and they did mail me a return shipping label. I returned the shoes within their 30 day limit. I included a copy of the original order proving they were purchased at ShoeMall. They mailed the shoes back to with a note indicating that I hadn’t purchased at Shoe Mall. Wrong. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I will donate the shoes in hopes someone can use them as they are a specialty size.

I would give them a minus star, if possible. Returned my order using their shipping label. Dropped it off at the post office on 07/08/2020. It was transferred to FedEx which notified me via email that estimated date of delivery would be 07/20/2020. It was delivered the next day (confirmed via email). ShoeMall emailed that they received the item and it will take 2-3 business days for a refund. WHY???? Worse turn around ever on a merchandise return!!

I am worried about my order. I paid over £40 for a pair of trainers and now I can’t even get onto the website which is just an error message. Customer services gave me a US number to call which I can’t even get through to.
I now just want the cash back but don’t know what to do next...? Can anyone help?

They enclosed a return label that cannot be accepted either by USPS or FedEx.
My time was wasted in vain.
No actual bar codes on the return(it is not even a label)paper provided.
I have requested correct one and was told a new label was mailed by mail.(phone conversation)
This is hilarious and a lie.
I requested via email and they cannot do it.
The representatives are confused and rude.

I was very hesitant to purchase anything after reading the reviews but I decided to take a chance. I have nothing but GOOD reviews. Easy ordering for something no one else seemed to have. Delivered on time in a very reasonable amount of time, in great shape. Very Positive experience. Thank you for your service

These guys are the most dishonest people I've ever dealt with.

My experience with the shoe mall was not great! I did place an order on may 24 for 2 pairs of shoes I just received one pair logos Monday June 15. The other pair was sent out last week some time. I emailed them and they said it’s not on them that the supplier of the shoe I ordered was out of that shoe. Well no one emailed me I had to email them. To get that information. But they took my money out my account. I decided to never order from second and third party’s. Just go straight to the source. You will get better customer service and protocol also!
