Ordered boot's on the Tuesday morning and they were with me by thursday afternoon, and I didn't have to pay for postage. I was kept informed of my order by e mail so I knew when to expect delivery, really great service and the boot's were the cheapest online!

Great service.
I order a pair of Emu boots size 8 they were way too big, i called for a returns number which i got straight away no being made to hold the line for 20mins, i posted the un wanted boots back the following day and 3 days later the new pair are on their way. It was a brilliant serice and id buy from Shoe Envy again .

Worth the wait!
I am absolutely in love with my fly london yule camel boots! The first one i had recieved were not to my taste, i told them about it. The customer service representative understood my concern and reacted efficiently and sent me another pair. I am thrilled!! Thank you Shoe envy!!!!!
