Ordering on line was straight forward and easy and my purchase was delivered quickly - great
No problems at all with my order or delivery.
I messed up initially and ordered a wrong product - this order was cancelled and refunded without any problem.
I was out of the house when notified the delivery of the product I correctly ordered was immanent and I emailed for it to be delivered to my neighbour, it was.
Easy, good service.

Great prices and quick service.
The site came up when I was looking for HP ink. Having tried a number of sites in the past, I found that the prices for genuine ink were extremely competitive and, given that the order was placed over the festive season, it arrived well packaged and very quickly.

Excellent Price,excellent delivery and just spot on servive.
With a choice of so many - I opted for Shima-Uma and have been very pleased indeed with the result. I shall be using their services the next time I seek inkjet cartridges.

Cheery notepaper made me smile
Liked the friendly and efficient service, although I think I will choose next day delivery when ordering again as standard delivery took 10 days, perhaps due to Christmas post.
