Gary Rose performed 2 inspections on potential investment properties. He was brilliant with his detail and reporting. We paid in total $1,285 and he actually saved us $18,000.00!! As he was completely unbiased and an independent inspector and NOT working for the Realtor in order to get his next inspection. With his detailed report with over 140 images we were able to negotiate a great price saving us a fortune.
